Stopped by for a late lunch after visiting Vieux Montréal. Around 3 pm on a Sunday there was plenty of seating and our server was very attentive. I got the Salmon and Tuna poke bowl and vegetarian spring rolls. For the price and quantity of food, I wasn't very impressed. Not sure if this is how poke bowls are done here, but I'm used to much more white rice, while this was primarily seaweed/salad as the base. None of the flavors or ingredients were standouts and I have had much better poke bowls elsewhere (in the States). The spring rolls tasted like they were just heated from frozen and had a weird aftertaste. The filling was basically mush and didn't have my fresh vegetables.
Overall, I would say this is a decent choice for a close meal after touring the area, but nothing outstanding in my opinion.
