This is a similar concept than their location on Crescent Street: choose your protein (salmon, tuna, tuna tataki or marinated tofu), choose your base (white or brown rice) and up to 6 toppings. I chose edamame, mango, carrots, cucumber, seaweed salad and wasabi peas (they had no avocado left!! ). Everything is made for order, so everything is extra fresh and tasteful. Portions are generous, so you definitely get your money's worth. Service is a tad slow, but when you see the space they have, you can only understand that cramming 3 more people would be impossible. I customarily request they replace the crunch mix and rice with more salad (no judgement please), and they always happily oblige. You can also personalize your bowl by adding extras such as avocados, kimchi, and so on for an additional cost. If you like salmon, I would recommend the "Bora Bora Poke Bowl"; if you like tuna, I would recommend the "Tahiti Poke Bowl."
