He came out, looked it over, couldn't really find anything wrong so he tried that seemingly universal cure -- unplugging it then plugging it in. Because he wasn't sure it would work (thankfully it did!), he refused to charge me. WOW! Fast forward to a few weeks ago and a dryer that wouldn't heat properly. Guess who I called? Yep - Bonsall. I was very happy to pay for the work this time. And very happy I don't need a new dryer! Bottom line: I heard good things about Bonsall, tried them once, had a good experience, tried them again, and had a good experience. Hopefully I don't need them again but if I do, I'll definitely be using them again.
