The doctor never ran test took blood did a physical test and denied me medical care because of neurologist has requested for me to have surgery to save my vision so she refused to help me until she see results. Originally coming to north of Atlanta pain clinic I was supposed to be seen by the male doctor somehow I've only been seen by Miss Olga. Who seems very unconcerned she's never touched me at the visit or came through or 3 feet within reach. I fell 5 to 6 feet down while working at UPS in the control center which is not regular grounding. She was able to tell me that she could see records. From other places, including MRI and x-rays from the hospital But she cannot treat me with those records. I was told to get an MRI ordered after that I was told that I was told by Miss Olga that I would need surgery on my neck blockages. I was willing to give up urine going to the hospital I'll being treated for pain in rehab prescriptions taken home in the last four years as needed for pain management in the system and I'm being treated by my primary care as well so sometimes you can't go to the hospital when you have pain management on record. I spoke with her She told me that the nurse said that I refuse to bring in any medical records okay someones lying on my soul and unborn kids I never said that when I'm trying to get medical treatment, I spoke to the nurse about it she could not recall. So then she proceeds to call me and tell me that I can't even see the other doctor she canceled my appointment over the phone as if she just doesn't want me at the location for treatment. aching burning tingling and feeling like bugs are crawling over me. I have rheumatoid arthritis. I have a neck injury, a back injury, and I also have fibromyalgia and she told me none of those sicknesses had anything to do with Pain. I also have fluid in my brain that I'm having surgery for on Thursday so life hasn't been easy. I just have never felt so empty in the inside any hospital I go to they take care of me because of my records any doctor I go to they take care of me. She wanted to have surgery. And my primary care and neurologist advised me to wait after that she didn't want to speak. I feel like I'm being discriminated against because of my color.

Michelle the MA is amazing she will take care of you so nicely, my mom had problems getting her blood pressure and her arm hurt when the machine get very tight (is normal) but she has problems on her arm, Michelle took the time to go and get a manual blood pressure and she re-checked, she told us that any time we come to see the doctor she will do manually her blood pressure. Sharon is very positive person so friendly kind and she try's to do her best to help us to enroll with them fast. Thank you Last but not least Dr. Davis she explained everything to us about Georgia rules and she helped my mom with the procedure, medication and my mom was happy because she didn't felt any pain and if my mom was happy of course I am very happy. I am not sure what the protocol is in Georgia is, but in most other states I lived in, this is a patient right and they need to make this clear. However, I do like that the staff took this feedback seriously and seemed to take immediate action. Otherwise, the staff were overall friendly (especially the sonographers & technicians) and each test was as pleasant as it could be! Do know that while the practice sounds like it might be accomodating to Korean speaking patients, it might be more attributable for certain offices, and less likely of this Tucker office. Also, make sure also to ask for a copy of your medical records when possible, it was nearly impossible to have the records sent to our PCP. P.S. Only tip is - don't be swept up in the moment like us and forget that some of these tests could be done with your PCP, if you have an insurance plan that pays differently depending on where you have certain labs/ diagnostic testing done!

Since 2019 Dr. Dorsey and his office has been great. But, something has changed now. I have only…read morebeen able to see the PH and not Dr. Dorsey for my past 2 visits, over a year. On this last visit the end of September the PA ordered an "At home" test, which I completed a few day from my visit. Since I had not been notified of the result and nothing showed up on the portal, I started trying to find out the results over a period of weeks. Today (11/17/25) I called the number that you would call to schedule and appointment. And was able to speak with someone as no one answered the other numbers. They just went to VM. Due to the time that had past I requested a call back from Dr Dorsey, not the PA that ordered the test. I did receive a call back, but not from Dr. Dorsey. This person told me that they had not been able to get in touch with me with the results. I find that odd and do not believe this as no one including Dr. Dorsey has had any trouble reaching me since my first visits back in 2019. And the portal information is correct. I also fine it odd that on their portal website, there is nothing about the test or results like there is for other test that I have had at the office. I hate it, but due to this I'm moving on from Dr. Dorsey's office.

I went to the Sleep and Sinus Center for surgery.  After two and a half hours, Dr. Edwards advised…read moremy wife that the surgery went well and that they had just moved me to recovery.  Soon they heard something fall hard on the floor.  Barbara, the nurse who prepared me for surgery, went to the lobby calling for Dr. Edwards.  My wife heard Dr. Edwards screaming, "Wake up, Marvin, Wake up!"  Finally, my wife went to the office manager and asked if they would call an ambulance and let her in the back, or she would have no choice but to call the police.  It was then that my wife saw me lying on the floor, in a puddle of blood.  THE NURSE DROPPED ME WHILE I WAS IN RECOVERY AND SEDATED. The ENT ABRAHAM STATED THE NURSE WAS RUSHING ME TO WAKE UP TO GET TO THE NEXT PATIENT. I had to be transported to the hospital for a concussion, my knee had to be drained, and I still have scars on my nose and lips that the dermatologist could not repair. They listen to you and they get right to root of the problem. They are very respectful and compassionate about your health needs. I am very satisfied with the professional care they give. I couldn't have chosen a better facility for my medical needs. I love the doctors here. The receptionist: I have always been greeted with compassion when I call. The clerks are very good at scheduling and getting messages to the doctors. When I go in for my appointments they are always pleasant and very fast on getting you registered and into see a doctor. BUT here lately they have hired new people to work the front desk and the phone treatment by one lady has been very unprofessional. She does not want to give you any service at all. She is rude and seem to rush you off the phone with little or no help. The only time I am able to get help is if I tell her I am recording her. Then her attitude quickly changes. The new male receptionist I told him I didn't want to talk to this particular lady and he told her and she picked up my call. When I call I pray that I'll get a seasoned receptionist so I don't have to deal with her and my needs will be met expeditiously with professionals who are respectful and courteous.
