This was a low-quality "spa" experience. When I asked where the shower was to use after the 90 minutes were done, I was told that the only shower we had access to was the lukewarm shower outside. We were given towels but no robe or any other amenities. The staff working poolside provided good service and were thoughtful. But I will not be going back to the spa.

I am trying to book a massage, but the system is unreliable in recognising my email address to send a code. It's frustrating. I just wish I could easily book and relax.

I was so impressed with both her professionalism and her warmth. The Spa only serves one client at a time so it makes for an even more tranquil environment. I have had several Gel manicures and have been impressed with the care Emily takes and the quality of her work. My nails look beautiful even after three weeks of gardening. I'm fussy about cleanliness so was so pleased to see that the instruments are sterile and files etc. are one time use. I have also had an eyelash tint and perm. Emily made the experience seem less. She was so gentle I started to doze off. Again the results were beautiful. I can't recommend this Spa highly enough and primarily because of Emily. Thank you for creating an oasis in what can be a very stressful world.

Clean, quaint and all smiles…read more While mooring at Roche Harbor Marina, I took in an afternoon massage. After a quick and easy check in, filling out the standard form, I was toured around the small, but well appointed spa. My locker was open with sandals and robe awaiting. After a quick wash down in the clean, large, tile shower, I managed 12 minutes in the steam room, a great way to relax before my rub down. Another quick wash I retired to the lounge with cucumber water, organic Tazo teas and Pellagreno. The gas log fire was blazing making it very warm but still comfortable as I hydrated over the latest issue of some Mega Yhat magazine. When in Rome. Sydney arrived right on time to lead me down the hall to our room. Dimly lit, smelling fresh and with heated sheets, I relaxed and awaited my 60 minute, deep tissue. Great work! Sydney is fantastic. When she asked if the pressure was ok, I let her know she could go harder. Politely she said that was almost as much as she could go but I could tell she was really trying. Very kind of her. What a great massage. After our well spent hour together, at least for me, more hydration in now a very full lounge until by final scrub down under the rain water bower head. My visits to Roche Harbor will now include a pop in to see Sydney. Thank you.

The gals that did our feet were very nice and did a good job considering the tacky set up and lack of proper spa furniture. After we soaked our feet for 2 min. We jumped onto the most uncomforable loung chairs for the rest of the treatment. I didn't even do the polish. The cost was over $200. A mall set up would have been better. The icing on the cake was I went to use a gift certificate I had and they tried to tell me it didn't work and wanted my credit card. Luckly another employee jumped in and figured it out. This review is for the Madrona Del Mar Spa…read more Quite disappointed in this spa. I left irritated, the opposite of what I expected (and paid for). The positive: clean place, and the massage by Eric was magnificent. Highly, highly recommend him. The negative: The half hour steam treatment involved getting in and starting the steam room from room temperature. It took half an hour just to get it steamy then had to leave because the treatment was 1/2 hour. Also to add the stone seating was icy cold, though after I finished shivering, I found that as a benefit once it started getting warm in the room. The *Anti-relaxing float tank (for me anyway). Paying full price for said hour of anti-relaxing (my head did not float and thus my neck really started to hurt and salt oozed its way to my eyes... no position helped the relaxing. I spent some time flailing around until realizing that it wasn't going to work). The mega hot dressing room because of no ventilation. Putting fresh clothes on while sweating? Ew. Constructive feedback: Q-tips in the bathroom to get all the water and salt out of the ears, a cooling fan in the change room, and have the steam room ready for the guest so that they actually get something out of it. Maybe an instruction book on what to do in case your body doesn't float like everyone else? Or at least someone nearby who can help. And maybe not fully charge/offer something else to those who don't enjoy any/all of their service. Side note: I was offered a steam room treatment as a token but I already had it...

I thought we would have to cancel our reservation because we have a dog and we had to check out of our Airbnb. However, the owner graciously allowed us to bring our pup to the Inn and have her hang out in the conference room. It was so kind of her & we really appreciated it. Also, massage was GREAT! We also tried out the flotation therapy (using a groupon!) and that was as neat experience too. We were very pleased with our time at the spa and I'd definitely recommend it. Last thing: I lost our printed receipts for our massages. Since I needed to hand in a copy for insurance, I emailed them asking for a PDF and they emailed to me in no time. Great service!
