Highly recommend coming here! I recently lost a little over 50 pounds and had quite a bit of loose skin. Two wraps later and my skin fits my body again! The last wrap I did I lost a whole THREE inches off my hips. My arms are way tighter. My cellulite on my thighs has drastically. It's amazing that I can lay down for an hour and when I get up be skinnier with tighter skin. If you've recently lost weight do yourself a solid and get some body wraps here. I honestly can't recommend it enough! I can't believe I was at the point where I'd looked into skin surgery for my arms and legs and all it took was two wraps to tighten them up. read more

Rachel is wonderful! Had a great wrap to get the last stubborn inch or 2 down. Rachel is very knowledgeable and provides wonderful customer service, checking on me throughout the wrap. Her treatment room was clean and organized and she was ready to go at my appointment time. Parking is iffy due to being in the city, so give yourself a couple minutes to navigate the 1 way streets to either find the alley for salon parking or find a street parking spot and walk to the salon. Thank you Rachel! read more

There seems to be a hot debate about whether these wraps work or not and if they do, the effectiveness of them. Personally, I had a positive experience and definitely noticed results. I recently completed a 3-series package within a week prior to my wedding... Most brides worry about how their body may change between the final fitting and the wedding day, so these wraps were for extra assurance. I don't remember which package I purchased but the wraps mainly went around my midsection and thighs, which were the areas I wanted to focus on the most. Other than for sweating profusely, which I expected and didn't mind at all, my sessions were relaxing. After Rachel wrapped me, I laid on a vibrating bed, in a thermal blanket, and sweat it out for about 45 minutes. You have the option to just relax in a darkened room listening to music or to watch tv; I always preferred no tv and would end up falling asleep. Rachel comes in several times throughout your session to check on you and that's really all there is to it. My results were tighter, firmer skin, and temporary water/weight loss which is exactly what I was hoping for. read more

My first body wrap changed my whole perspective on losing inches and weight. I'm a firm believer that proper diet and exercise can give you the results you need for better health and more self-confidence. But Rachel showed me that a body wrap is that perfect, extra boost to help shed off the inches and the weight! Like a consumate professional, she explained the process, answered all of my questions, took my measurements, and then mummified me in hot mineral wraps before laying me onto a bed where she covered me in plastic and thick blankets. As the bed vibrated, it nurtured circulation in my body, which turned me into a hot sweaty mess underneath all those wraps! Afterwards, she took off all the wraps, measured me out and already, the results were mindblowing of how many inches I lost in a short amount of time. But that's not the best thing about the process. I woke up this morning, and the weight and inches were still shedding off as I woke up a pound lighter and down a notch on my belt! The Segue Body Wrap works wonders, and I'd certainly recommend it to anyone looking to shed off the pounds and lose inches off their body. From folks who are just getting back into exercise to obsessive athletes like me, having Rachel's Segue Body Wraps along with proper diet and exercise will get you lean and sculpted in no time. read more

I'm small as it is but getting a mineral body wrap definitely tones you up. Although you'll be tightly wrapped, The whole process is very relaxing. You'll sweat most towards the end, guaranteed to lose a few inches, if not more! Rachel is very professional and sweet. She explains everything you need to know and how it works. If you are comsidering a body wrap, I highly recommend SEQUE BODY WRAP with Rachel! She is awesome read more

ATTENTION MILITARY PEOPLE: It does NOT work to pass the BCA. Please do not get caught up in the hype about 1 or 2 people having results. It's a lot of money for minimal to no change. Don't waste your time or money. However, the lady that did the wrapping was nice. But, she does not know how to accurately measure according to military standards. If you want to try it for something else, have at it. But, for military BCA preparation...SAVE your money & time! read more

I did a wrap last week and ready to do another wrap tomorrow as I purchased a package deal. I had a great time, got to relax while I whittled away 3 inches away from my waist. The facilities were very clean and the technician was very nice. I gave the place 4 stars instead of 5 only because I would have liked to have more measurements than just my waist. I would have liked something in writing stating what I should be eating afterwards to maintain the results of the wrap or something to that effect. All in all a very good experience and I am looking forward to my wrap tomorrow. read more

Got a deal for a wrap and it was totally worth it. I live a pretty healthy and clean lifestyle but I've read a lot about infrared heat and how good it is to help you detoxify and boost your immune system/fight disease, etc. She was super friendly and informative and I just sat there and watched Modern Family so the time passed pretty quickly. I do hot yoga so the heat didn't really bother me, but you definitely sweat your a** off! I'll definitely go back and incorporate this into my regular health routine. read more

I've been coming to Rachel for bodywraps for the last almost 10 years. She is the best in the business. I started to do the wraps after having my son and gaining 70 lbs. Segue Body Wraps help get my pre baby body back. I usually do a wrap once every 4-6 weeks now for maintenance. Definitely recommend for sure! read more

I'm heading in for my third appointment with Rachel today. Rachel is great! She is professional, fun to talk with and very caring. While her studio space may seem small it is plenty of room for her to provide her services. I admire savvy business owners and the utilization of co-op work spaces. In my opinion, it is a great business plan. The room is private and I never felt exposed or uncomfortable. The studio is clean and inviting. My first appointment was out of pure curiosity, well, mostly skepticism. The day after my first wrap, I went to the gym and my right hip that had been popping during leg lifts popped no more. It wasn't until the day before my next appointment with Rachel that I felt my hip pop. Needless to say my second appointment was great, the popping stopped again and I lost pesky waitline inches. I'm excited to go i to see Rachel today because I pulled my oblique muscle on Wednesday and shouldn't hit the gym until I am 100%. Seeing Rachel today is at least letting me take care of my body as much as I can until I recover. read more

I recently purchased a package for a set of infrared body wraps- and I LOVE them. I love a pretty healthy lifestyle but was looking for something to help jump start a new fitness regime and detoxify. I lovve heat and to sweat and regularly do hot yoga but the infrared works differently and you can really feel it. The rooms are super clean and relaxing and the owner is so nice and accommodating. Great experience I would definitely recommend!! read more

I have been going in to see Rachel for the last year, and initially bought her Groupon deal back in September 2012. To this day, I always leave the salon rejuvenated, energized, and just feel refreshed after the infrared session. Rachel will take you step by step on what the process is, and what exactly the body is getting rid of when you sweat. She is very easy to talk to, and such a pleasure to be around! For any of those first-timers doing a wrap, I would definitely encourage you to give it a shot, and don't worry about looking awkward being all wrapped up and in a hot sauna blanket in the middle of the summer, lol. Trust me, the end results are great and if you combine the body wrap with an exercise routine, you will feel even more fabulous. Have fun and sweat! :) read more

Awesome Experience- love it!!!! Highly recommend, if you want to melt away inches while in a Zen atmosphere. Check them out. read more

I have had 2 wraps here already, and I can't wait for my next one! Just in those two visits I have seen my skin tighten. I even lost an inch in my waist, which is a big deal bc I'm not very big to begin with. Also, the place is supper clean, and Rachel is awesome!! She is very professional, knowledge, and attentitive to the customer. She checked on me a couple times while I was getting the wrap. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for good service and results. read more

I'm giving this place 4 stars for now. Today, I went in for my first body wrap which was the $185 combo one. I am in the military and I have a weigh in tomorrow and I was hoping (but not expecting) to shave off that last inch I needed to pass. Unfortunately, I did not shed any inches like I hoped. I saw many reviews on here which all had very pleasing results. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to try something new, but just know everyone is different and not everyone will shed inches or pounds! Btw, Rachel is amazing! :) Ps: Rachel had mentioned I would start to lean out throughout the day as I am eating right and dieting. I woke up with 1 inch gone around my waist and my hips! read more

If you are considering this, just do it. I was looking for something after trying the new body sculpting that had a negative effect on my body and increased my waist by 3 inches!!! About to be getting married And this was a big blow to me. Thank the higher powers I found the body wraps. Honestly the wrap provided those instant results that I have been looking for. I lost 1.5 inches around my waist at my belly button in one session. Rachel is the best she gave me awesome advice for maintaining the loss and was super easy to talk to. She also provides everything needed for this experience. Just FYI-When she says bring another set of undergarments she is not joking. Also super hydrate cause it is no joke, I had light headache after not unbearable, but you need to drink a lot of water. The experience was great. She shared her experience of how she learned how to do the wraps which was super intriguing. I feel like these treatments helped kickstart and empower me to stick with my diet/exercise goals. The results are amazing. I'm almost a week out from my first session and my stomach still feels/looks flatter(thank you Rachel ). I cannot say enough about how much I needed this, and just wish I found it sooner. I will be going back and most likely continuing this for my lifelong journey of weight loss. read more

I only have one other experience to compare to but thats all I needed. Rachel was very friendly and knowledgeable. I needed to slim down a little before my trip to Mexico, I did the full body wrap along with the tummy booster and it worked amazing. It only took about three days to see the results. Rachel made me feel very comfortable through the entire process. I will most definitely be going back. The cost is extremely fair and I highly recommend checking her out. read more

I got the groupon for 3 wraps and they are awesome. I've been working on losing 1inch. help my detoxify and boost my immune system also,my leg cellulite is make small too. I will try again:D read more

I had a good time there, the lady (forgot your name sorry!) was super nice and worked fast. She had a great variety of shows to watch (amazon prime I think) since just laying there for 45 minutes can be boring. My body had a great reaction to the treatment, lost inches around hips and waist. It's good if your trying to get something to fit better for an event to tighten skin after some weight loss. read more

I can't wait to go to my appointment ! I've been of customer of Rachel's for a couple of years now and I always can count on boosting up my inch loss and maintain a firm skin, Rachel is great she is always making sure you understand what she is applying and making sure you are well while the wrap is on. I have always wanted to try getting a body wrap and after my experience at Segue I'm hooked!! I've always been into fitness and clean eating and after my first wrap, I will definitely be getting more! Rachel was so sweet and very informative. I loved that she explained the whole process to me and you can tell she is very passionate about what she does. After my body wrap I felt tighter and a lot more energized. Don't get me wrong, you still have to keep up with exercising and clean eating but adding a body wrap gave me really awesome results! There are definitely more body wraps in my future :) read more

Sorry, but I don't appreciate your lecture on "lifestyle change". I am in excellent shape. Your response does not address that fact that your "service" is a scam! It is impossible to loose inches from a 40 minute wrap. Impossible. read more

I went to Segue because I have been out of my dieting/working out routine for a while and needed something to kickoff my new healthy routine in this new years resolution. I have done the mineral wrap before and I know is really good for you to loose the water retention and better yet inches! Rachel told me about a new technique she implemented... I did not know what to expect at first, but I lost 14 inches!! This is the right kickoff I wanted and now I am more concerned about what I eat and how I exercise to be able to maintain the inch loss. I will definitely go there again and am excited to see how many inches I will loose by applying the healthy routine at the same time. read more

I bought a groupon for 3 mineral body wrap, i never got one done before so it was a great way to try it out i figured.. I had such an awesome experience at seque body wrap. The environment is super relaxing and really clean. I tried it out because of its package on groupon and found the service to be so amazing compared to all other services I have used from groupon, as businesses tend to not give full customer service due to the discounted rate. Overall, the results were unreal, its been 4 weeks since my first wrap and I am still an entire inch slimmer. I am officially hooked and intend to keep using segue body wraps in the future after my groupon package runs out. If you are contemplating this get slim quick trick I highly suggest you give it a shot, it has really given my waist the final shape I was looking for and was never able to achieve with diet and exercise alone. Overall just extremely happy with the service and results. Go get wrapped girls, it won't be a waste of your time or money! read more

I bought a groupon to try this body wrap that everyone has been talking about back in May and was never able to get an appt, but I contacted them on numerous occasions and finally I have my appt this Sunday, and I must say I am so excited! Rachel not only was very apologetic that I didn't get to go back in May due to them being busy, but she also offered to upgrade me and give me a tummy thing lol forgot what it was called! I like that they were very honest and very accommodating to me. Can't wait to experience this, the text message I received this morning was very pleasant and very straight forward! I will be back to write a review after my appt Sunday! read more

I had a great experience at Segue, I bought 6 wraps and in 2 months lost inches off my waist, arm and thighs. I went to the gym after most sessions to continue to burn calories, which was helpful in me not gaining the lost inches back. The wraps work best when you add them to your workout and eat right regiment. I also recommend that you add the Tummy tightener to your wrap. Another benefit to the wraps is my skin is really clear and vibrant. I totally recommend Segue to anyone looking for a chance to lose inches off your body, tighten your skin an just a natural detox. Rachel and Jenise were wonderful they made me feel comfortable, I really liked them and will totally continue using their service. read more

Lovedd my body wrap! The girl was so nice super down to earth. I didn't feel uncomfortable what so ever. I feel so energetic after & I could see the difference instantly. They played the Big Bang theory for me so the 45 minutes flew by. Definitely coming back & highly recommend to everyone. read more

This place amazes me at how good of scam they are running here. Provide a service to people who are chubby and need to shrink down for an occasion. They never let you see what they tape you prior and post. They will quickly tell you but not show you. I brought my own tape prior and even if I was a little off the lady (who claims to be a professional) obviously lied. All a wrap does is make you sweat! At most you lose some water weight in the areas that where wrapped. Don't throw your money at this obvious scam. Buy a sauna suit and go sit in a sauna or just do your own wrap. It's cheaper and easy to do! So do some googling and you will see that this crap is fake and a scam. I tried it and guess what? It was fake! Remember if it seems to good to be true then it probably isn't real... read more

This is the real thing! After being super skeptical of body wraps I decided to give Segue a try since she had great reviews. I am amazed! I am prepping for a wedding vow renewal and wanted to see if I can girl up a little before the renewal event this weekend. Having recently lost a significant amount of weight,I was looking for something to help tone and tighten as I continue to reach my ultimate weight loss goals. I purchased a Groupon deal which was a great price, but definitely see myself paying for other services, like the full body wrap, later on.It was a little confusing between parking and location, but once that was figured out everything went great! The rooms are super clean, relaxing and accommodating. She was super friendly and makes everything comfortable and checks regularly on you. I felt well taken care of.
