I was late almost 30 minutes but I wonder what can you even get done in 30 minutes. Also there was nobody in the waiting room so I asked can I wait here to see if the 2 o'clock will show up and she did not respond. When I try to reschedule she kept on making excuses. I think this place was discriminatory and I don't think it's reflective on the actual doctor but he should definitely have a word with this woman. If you are a new patient be warned you will only be seen for 30 minutes then given a most likely astronomical bill unless you're in network with the doctor. I have never been treated with such disdain and disregard by a receptionist in my whole life.

After moving California this year, I went for a regular checkup and found that there was a huge cavity in the crown. The doctor in charge said that the crown was manufactured incorrectly, causing not only cavities but also serious gum problems. I called the general dental office and asked for some compensation, and they said they would never compensate me unless I came to the office and had it remade. These crowns cause tremendous mental and physical pain. I currently live in California, so why do I travel back and forth to El Paso? In fact, no longer want to entrust my teeth to the doctor who made the bad crown. If they were truly fulfilling their ethical obligations, they would have taken some responsibility for the bad Crown, which was only made seven months ago I am so disappointed and depressed.
