Incredibly customer service oriented from the start, without even confirming his service. This was for a liquid propane conversion on a new range. During/after installation, he was incredibly respectful, responsive and provided me a general overview on what was happening as he was doing it. In the general sense, I do not leave many reviews unless the service/experience is that exceptional (or terrible). Would absolutely recommend Vitaly and Good Guy Appliances, as he was easily able to schedule a time (so that my range would not sit in the middle of my kitchen longer than necessary). A very great price, for really great work. After this experience, any other appliance work needed, I will go out of my way to have this company be the service provider. Thank you Vitaly!

We were able to get a next-day cancellation when our AC stopped working during this record-breaking heatwave in San Diego. Service fee is on par with many other companies ($89). Our AC is 15+ years old, but instead of pushing us to install a new AC, Vlad told us to ride it out until it dies before we get a new one.
