Went there with my cousin to chill and catch up.. things were great, but we felt a little out of place due to the busty younger women with much older men and all dressed to impress. Great view, one of the best restaurant views in Sao Paulo. But - do make a reservation even if you are staying at the hotel or be prepared to wait. The sushi was very fresh, fantastic, and great cocktails and caipirinhas at the bar. Great energy in the whole restaurant. All of the food is well prepared with surprising ingredients, preparation, and presentation. And don't skip dessert, wow! The restaurant doubles as the breakfast restaurant for hotel guests. But, Seen is very open to the public - it can be fun to watch the Paulistas arrive dressed to the nines and starting a big night! The only thing that could improve is that the communication between the service staff was a bit uneven. Trendy spot with panoramic views, lots of energy, a full bar, and ( generally ) very good food. Good choice to celebrate / have fun / come with friends ... Food is great with lots of choices (see below highlights) - but on expensive side. We tried most of the dishes and everyone was very pleased. Highlights: I would say that the lamb croquettes (appetizers) were outstanding. The cod (bacalhau) as a main was fantastic. Definitely a good choice to enjoy trendy Sao Paulo. Breathtaking view and a gorgeous scenery for an evening dinner with friends. The stage is set for an amazing new spot I was able to visit and check it out in São Paulo. Located inside the Tivoli hotel, this spot is classy but with the fun elements of a great location. Here is the breakdown: FOOD- half a star The food was ok. There were some delicious options like the veal, tuna tartare and the steak, but the overall the food was well made but not out of this world. Same with the drinks, well made but nothing out of the ordinary. AMBIANCE/ DECOR- one star For sure the ticket item. With a view of almost 270 degrees, we get to see a gorgeous São Paulo from the top. The dining area very classy with the bar at the center. They have a DJ playing and I wish there was an area for dancing but it is very lively that makes you want to come back and enjoy the great vibe. SERVICE- half a star The waiters were friendly but incredibly slow. WOW FACTOR- one star the view and the vibe of the restaurant got me sold on this place. OVERALL- one star Enjoyed the ambiance and it was a pleasant evening with my friends. read more

I've been to every high dinning place in SÃO Paulo and never had a bar tender treat me like just happened at Tivoli's top floor "Seen". This place needs to make sure that their staff is properly trained to deal with bar sitting and guest management. Both hostesses were absolutely great tho, but once they put you through the curtains is every man for them selves! If you want a calm night of drinks and dinning I would suggest you go somewhere else at this time. I'll be back in a few years and I'll try again, I hope that by then they had this issue under control, it was so inappropriate how he shouted at us in front of other guests and made me and my husband so uncomfortable. read more

Food is great. Service was really good. Thank you Cassia. The ambience is not what we expected. Having such a wonderful view we expected a quiet romantic evening. Unfortunately for us that is not the "mode" of Seen. The view is excellent and if you come early it can be romantic, but by 20:30 the music comes on and it's not blaring loud, but not quiet either and it's more party music than calm relaxing. Definitely a more younger and trendier scene than we expected. If you don't mind the volume you'll love the food and service. Very attentive staff that knows their job and performs it well. Cassia was excellent in helping us with wines (had them bring a bottle of what we wanted from downstairs because they were out up here). She also helped with food recommendations and her service couldn't have been more attentive. We very much enjoyed the food also. We were just disappointed because it was supposed to be a nice romantic dinner with good wines and a view and that was a bit shattered with the volume inside. read more
