The team, including Renee, Courtney, Thomas, and two other fantastic individuals whose names I sadly can't recall, were attentive to non-verbal cues, ensuring that every aspect of my visit was tailored to my needs and comfort. The technology at Engle Eyewear is top of the line. It's clear that they invest in the best to provide high-quality care and products. The frames are on the higher side price-wise, but they asked about my budget beforehand, making sure I was comfortable with the options they presented. I've been to all-inclusive resorts, and I can confidently say that the attention and service I received here surpassed those experiences. It almost felt like I was at home. As a Latino in a mostly white business with predominantly white customers, feeling this welcomed and valued was truly remarkable. I hate to use the race card here but I felt the need to get the point across this way to add emphasis. Engle Eyewear is a standout in the community, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent eye care and eyewear. Thank you for making my experience so pleasant! @Renee, thank you for the big hug and here's the review as requested ;)

I can't say enough good things about Optik. Firstly, Dr. Frank is awesome. He is professional,…read moreextremely patient and friendly, and he's happy to work with you in regards to your insurance and payment. Dana, the office manager, is incredibly enthusiastic and truly enjoys helping people pick out glasses that fit not only their face, but their personality as well. The office itself is comfortable, classy and 'trendy' (but not pretentious). In an area where there are a lot of chains that look and feel the same, Optik stands out as it could have been picked up out of downtown Brooklyn and dropped into a strip mall in Kingston. My husband, my mom, and myself all got our glasses here and were so impressed with prices and selection. Many known name brands, but also brands from all over the world. Additionally, Dr. Frank will go the extra mile to find frames even if he doesn't carry them. He was able to find a pair that I bought in Finland and couldn't purchase anywhere else in the US- including online. Bottom line...if you want not only a great experience as far as exam and environment, but to walk out making a statement, Optik is by far the best choice in NEPA.
