That same weekend, I left a $80 tip for the crew members told me it was gone before they arrived. Again, Frankie came in first and took the $80. Many of my renters had left tips for the crew that were NEVER received. Apparently, Frankie was arriving early and pocketing those tips also. Andrea tried to blame the $80 on their crew, but it was Frankie (caught on Ring) who did it.
