Bathroom Counter and Sink: Office Staff: 5 star The office staff is very nice and easy to work with. There was confusion on the remint we chose a few days prior to install when they found scratches, but no big deal, stone is natural and it is a remint. All worked out on the stone and the staff was great. We could tell, they really wanted to make it work out. Quality: 4 star Overall the counter and sink look great! The back splash has some unpolished areas that you can see on the edge that is against the wall. Maybe this is normal, but we have not seen this on other back splashes. Install: 0 star Well, they really made a mess on the floors, sticky everywhere they walked. We are still cleaning this after several washing the floors. The problem is the sealer they put on after the counter was installed, it got on their boots and then everywhere they walked. Entryway, stairs, upstairs hall, bathroom they put the counter in and the main floor to the bathroom they used. Owner: Questionable We had a long discussion when he came to measure the bathroom about our kitchen counter. He had some very questionable recommendation's on electrical in violation of the law. Don't put the outlets in the counter surface, put them on the cabinet edge, you are not having it inspected and it was legal when the house was built, so who will know. On the area without support that the owner pointed out, an interior decorator (relative) sent us some photos of how to make the design work easily and be updated to what new homes have and meet the current electrical code. Note: I apologized for the truck having a hard time getting down the driveway, there was snow packed due to the extreme cold even with the snow plow person doing his best. So I put out 50 lbs. of Ice melt and 50 lbs. of sand and they drove out easily. read more

Going to Sedona Stone for our Stone Countertops was the worst decision we have ever made in our 50 years of Marriage and Home renovations, Seriously!!! We have had 2 kitchens totally renovated over the last 10 years, the Countertops we purchased just a few years ago from Sedona Stone, looked nice when 1st installed, except for the cabinetry the installer decided to CUT a piece out of to make the countertop fit...., obviously wrong from Sedona's measurements...replacing the cabinetry was impossible, so we decided to "live with it" and store our Mixer in that corner. We had never heard much about "Quartzite", only having had Granite. WE WERE TOLD at Sedona that Quartzite was "the newest and best stone, better than Granite!!!!". Easier upkeep, will not stain or chip or dull and a knife would not damage it, when making a sandwich, etc. which we would never do without a cutting board anyway! Quartzite did not stain, did not need to be treated every year with a sealer, etc. This was the 1st of many lies from Sedona! Then the surface began to dull, then water spots next to the sink, from loading the dishwasher were becoming very obvious, we only rinse our dishes with water before loading the dishwasher, then flaking and chipping....we sent pictures several times, addressing these problems, via emails and phone calls. "Anjie" said she would "talk to the owner, and get back to us". Then , "she would send someone out to look at the product problems, and would have to check with scheduling"! Well, travel, lung problems sending us to an out of state Hospital, several times, retirement, etc. even the Death of a Grandson, took over our life for awhile.... Never hearing back "from the Owner" never happened..... We decided to go to Sedona Stone ourselves, the Employee that showed us around the stone yard, actually told us "We used to carry Quartzite, but it wasn't holding up well, so we don't even order it anymore"!!!! When we went back inside and asked "Anjie" about this, she said "no one here ever told you it didn't need sealing and it wouldn't dull, etc." basically calling us LIARS, and was very, very rude! To send someone out, after checking scheduling, would cost us $150.00, If we purchased another stone countertop from Sedona, it would still cost another $1,200. just to remove the "piece of crap" countertops that they had installed!!!???? WTF, I seriously do not understand how this woman keeps her job with the rudeness and lack of follow thru or Costumer Service at all!!! Obviously we will not be recommending Sedona Stone in Commerce to anyone! This woman has no idea which Employee recommended Quartzite to us or what they told us about the necessary treatments needed to keep this Stone from being dull, scratching, pitting.....etc. Why would the Employee showing us the Stone in the yard, tell us not to buy Quartzite because they had so many problems with it???? Don't go thru the aggravation that Sedona Stone has put us thru!!!! We have now read other's numerous negative reviews as well, only wish we had done more research. Buyer beware, if you have an issue this company will not resolve. I was essentially called a liar for what was an honest mistake by the templater. Also in the verbal discussion Angie went on to tell me how they did me a solid on our wish list I items! I paid for two slabs, and I used two slabs plus bought an extra remnant which by my calculation I should have had enough granite for! Email response included in pictures as well as the mistake by the templater. Templater missed back splash piece on island. Template is not reviewed by customer for approval after completion. I would have caught this mistake if they had. Replying to response below from Angie I have also added an image of the invoice. For reference I had the following installed: island w two levels approx 10 ft long, back wall with sink apron 10 ft long, 36inch bathroom counter, 36 in main floor powder room sink, 30 in extra remnant for laundry with sink. I wish I had read reviews before we went with this company. I have been waiting for many years to re do a bathroom and went to them for a counter top, they seemed nice enough and we picked out piece of granite. After the remodel was mostly done we got the countertop. At first we loved it, then we saw a crack in the backsplash, not only could you see it but you feel it. I called and explained with pictures of our problem, they were not very helpful at all, said it's a fisher ( which is a crack) and nothing they can or would do. Very poor customer service!! If you have a problem, they have no interest in getting it resolved! Although I exactly followed Sedona Stones cleaning instructions for the granite countertop they installed, the countertop in my kitchen has lost it's sheen, looks very dull, and appears to have very fine scratches in it. For the last 3 1/2 months I've been trying to get them to come out and look at the countertop and determine whether it needs to be polished or not. I keep calling and they keep promising that their scheduling department will call to set up a time. Every time I call back, I get another excuse as to why they couldn't come out or why it's taking so long. It's gotten to the point where the owner (Angie) won't even accept my phone calls. read more

We are so disappointed in this company. We have had a very poor experience and outcome working with Sedona Stone. From fabrication, to install, to stone quality this company fails to deliver quality services. Our install was a headache to say the least, (they're not very accommodating to a work schedule either). There was a major breakdown in communication and things were changed (pieces of granite removed) without our knowledge! (Due to a new stove purchase) When addressing our concerns, everyone was very rude and dismissive. (No resolution was ever met). After install, we noticed a large crack in the granite. I sent an email with a picture, and the owner quickly came out to see what could have caused such a crack. Once here, he looked at it and claimed it was a fissure and not a crack, (a fissure is a crack) even though it runs through to the bottom of the slab and has a large gap on the side. It also has a very noticeable crack/ fill on the top. He told me the fill was not done in his shop, it came that way. He did offer to fill the side of the crack with epoxy (the same white epoxy as used on the seams, which I refused). We asked for the piece to be replaced since it shouldn't have ever been installed with that large of a crack, Anthony (the owner) refused to replace this piece of the counter top. I am so disappointed that he would not stand behind his stone, and install a quality slab. He come out to our house because of the picture I sent. (He believed it was a crack then), but refused to make it right by replacing that section of countertop. (We had many more issues not mentioned here, it was a very stressful meeting!) The company has since stopped communicating with me after their refusal to replace the stone. We are so upset/ disappointed with the end results of the kitchen. From install, to mis-measurements, (they did recut and install the next day) to miscommunication, a crooked stove opening, and cracked granite, we wish we would have went elsewhere. I read the other poor reviews and wish I had the Yelp app prior to getting service. I thought I was the only one who thought the guy was rude. Berated my carpenter too and he nearly told the guy to go to hell but bit his tongue. What went wrong? The workmanship is poor. They insisted they could not mill a threshold for me in order to eliminate a trip hazard yet I paid another granite company 20 bucks to do it for me. Obviously they just don't care. The side splash and back splash granite was not polished at the top of the slab. I was never told that would be the case or I would have offered to pay to have it look nice! They left huge gaps in my corners without a word to me or my carpenter who could have, if asked helped modify the drywall to fit to the wall better had they only asked. I called back and they blamed my wall. No kidding? That's why I paid you to come out and measure and inspect before installation. He offered to send someone out but since it wasn't discovered timely by me it was too late. Oh and cash only! Now I see why. I have two more slabs needed for my home and have gone to a different company who hopefully I can post a great review after the work is done. read more

Certainly wish we would have read these reviews prior to going to Sedona Stone. We had many of the same problems with Anthony as listed in other reviews. Rude, does not listen - only talks. Anthony refused to work with us on timeline for measurement for template. Only that the dates we asked about would not work. When that conversation deteriorated, he essentially fired US! Said he would not continue with us and told us to come get our deposit money back. BUT...he charged us a $150 "restocking fee" (much like Stephanie S's "template fee"). However, they never actually took possession of our stone so what was there to RESTOCK? Nothing. They pulled the plug on our business, not us. They had no justification to charge the fee whatsoever. Stay away from this scam operation. Follow up 8/15/18: Let the spinning begin... The question was asked to Anthony what our options were when it was becoming clear that setting a template date was difficult. He had no intention of listening or working out other dates. We did not flat out say we were done, Anthony did that. "We're done with you, come get your money less $150 restocking fee". Anthony was completely rude in this instance. You didn't go above and beyond at any time, by the way. You attempted to do your job as expected. Sedona Stone cancelled the contract, not us, and ripped us off for $150. We should have done our homework before hiring Sedona Stone and Tile. It became clear from our project with them that they are focused on quantity not quality. We hired them to fabricate and install quartz countertops for us. The job included our kitchen, island and laundry room counters. We should have reconsidered after our interactions with their very unprofessional front office woman. She is very rude on the phone and treats you like she is scolding a teenager. Passed that, everything seemed fine until the installation. We were shocked to find that our drywall was cut into all the way around the perimeter (why do you do a template?). In addition, they put a seam in our laundry room counter without consulting with us or even informing us ahead of time, that based on several other professional opinions we obtained, did not have to be installed in two pieces. The seam in our kitchen was atrocious. The MIA standards for seams is 1/16". Ours was at least 1/8" and the color didn't match. The installers tried several attempts to match the adhesive to our quartz, which exacerbated the problem each time they dug the previous adhesive out. We contacted the owner of Sedona, Tony, with our concerns and he came out within a couple of days. Instead of admitting that they could have avoided the seam in the laundry room and the quality of the seam in the kitchen was subpar, he proceeded to argue incessantly that they did the best that they could. He even stated "It's not the best that I have done". He did admit that they DID NOT use the recommended adhesive for our quartz product. He tried to argue what they used was better. It obviously wasn't. He even showed us the invoice from Dwyer Marble that specifically stated "installer must use recommended adhesive". His comment, "who reads that stuff anyway?". As far as the width of the seam, he tried to argue that it was within guidelines of the Marble Institute of America because of the "chamfer". I encourage everyone to research what a chamfer is and it most definitely should NOT be used for a butt joint. Speaking of Marble Institute of America, Sedona claims on their website to be ACCREDITED by the organization. If you contact MIA, Sedona is not on the list of accredited fabricators. Tony's response to that was "my secretary forgot to renew it and it just lapsed last month". We had to hire another company to come in and attempt to fix the problem of the seams. They were able to make them look better, but because of the damage that was already caused (bleeding from the use of the wrong adhesive and damage from removing the adhesive several times) we are stuck with the results. Tabitha and Angie from the office were very accommodating with helping me order the sink and the protective grate. Even when i needed a piece of granite re done because it was too short from the stove they were accommodating with getting me re measured and back on the schedule for installation. I took the photos to another granite shop and he confirmed the measurements were wrong ! my Husband talked to the Owner and he refused to come out and look at the job very irate and yelling! Disappointing. We had a bartop and surround installed by Sedona. The owner Anthony's big sales pitch is that you buy the whole slab but they'll give you any excess pieces and cut them for you since he otherwise has to pay a lot of $$ to discard it. What a farce! Our job used only half of the slab, so we added two (tiny) tops to use for small end tables. Anthony said it would be no problem since there would be so much granite leftover. When they finally showed up to install it - over 6 WEEKS LATER - the extra pieces were not there and when asked, the installers said they weren't written anywhere on the paperwork, to call Anthony about it. I called him while they installed, thinking he just forgot to put them on the truck. He didn't remember our job and said "the granite must have cracked (fissures)". Really? It's more likely he double sold the slab and used other half for another customer. In the end, our per sq. ft. price was very high. We would not have gone with them had we known how long they'd take and not give us what we ordered. Also, their templates were off-one top meets at a corner but ends with a 3/4" gap along a wall. Sloppy work. We have granite and marble counters throughout our home from other places, and none left us with such a mess to cover up their poor work. The installers however, we liked. Run as fast as you can in the opposite direction! Don't let the nice price per slab suck you in. I wanted 4 pieces for an outside job, including a grill top. Anthony came out to measure and was not satisfied w the condition of the stone support. Yes, it was too short and needed to be raised up, however the height of the pillars does not affect the size of the granite top. My builder and I wanted to provide him with measurements to make the piece we needed. He refused and offered to come back as soon as he could when the masonry was adjusted. Mind you, I live 5 min from the shop. After it was raised, I called back to get Anthony out here and basically had to wait another 10 days, at which point he still refused to do my job. The stone support was still not built to his liking. I told him my masons would work around the granite to fill in any spots necessary once the granite and grill were installed. I wanted a fully flush look. We had a huge fight and HE walked out on the job. I didnt fire him. After giving $1100 deposit, they said they would dock me $150 for a template charge, as per the contract I signed. But it was Anthony that did not want to complete this job. Oh and they dont take credit card payments... want to know why??? Because unhappy customers and others on here like me would call to get the charges reversed. On top of all that, he talked my ear off for over an hour on his first trip out, talking about how bad other granite companies are, who bought who, who used to work for who blah blah blah. Then he had to come in to collect the check and told me my kitchen island was done wrong?!? No sir, it was fone exactly to my liking. Such a waste of time. By the way, Christian from Top Surface on the east side came out and did a beautiful job! Masons came to fill in a bit of stone and voila! Finally got yo grill this week. The absolute worst customer service I have ever ever experienced. As one who works with people on a daily basis I am blown away from the unprofessionalism I have experience from Angie and Anthony. First off, I gave them my number instead of my husbands since I am the one designing the kitchen but they still continue to call my husband and Anthony states it takes " a long time to find emails with updated numbers so they call what's on their paper file" as if they can't cross it off and add a new one. Please. I wasn't informed I needed to install a farm sink because I am a returning customer and didn't have to install the sink the first time. I have been told to refer to the contract that Anthony stated was stupid and no one reads them and he gets it because he had the same issue when he just bought some property and was told to read the contract when he didn't understand something. "15 business days" they love to use the word approximately so they have wiggle room. A ton of it . I called August 17th. They didn't even come out to measure until the 24th. If you ask me when someone is a returning customer and paid you July 10th close to 4K you should accommodate them a little better with time and off days when they have no countertops. If you don't have enough staff stop taking people's money and booking jobs you can't fulfill. When they finally did come out on September 28th after making my neighbor come to the home because they again couldn't accommodate my time because we're suppose to only work on their time as I'm a nurse working in the emergency room having four days off yet my times couldn't EVER work unless I wanted to be pushed out further. Right. 4K in July. I'd love to wait longer. Makes sense. Window for my neighbor to get there was 11-2. However, guess what ? This perfect company showed at 230 with no call. I had to call them to ask what's going on. Their excuse?! "They can't call and drive. Remind you only one of them had to drive. There were more than one worker. Nice try though. Our sink wasn't level so they couldn't install. I can admit that. However, there were so many other areas that could have been installed to give me something to work with for the time being since I've been out of counters since July. Even just my island ! They have had their money though. And now they want to refund me And not give my my counters that are cut but keep all these fees because a friend of mine left them a negative review. I didn't until now. Sorry Anthony I don't have control of others. So I hope you're happy with keeping the $400 when in reality if you wanted to make your customers happy I was fine with the reschedule it was the fee you we're charging me of $250 when you weren't perfect either ! Over all job looks pretty good. A very simple "L" shape kitchen, almost be hard to screw up. My only real complaint is the gaps between the stove and the counter top. It is a good fit at the front of the stove but 3/8" gap at the back. This is because the "L" wall is not square. Had they made a template it would not have happened. I was told that they do not ever cut any counter top out of square, because it would draw your eye to it and look bad. I say, "not nearly as bad as a 3/8" gap." everything could have been made right if they had made me one new piece (approx. 12inches wide and 25deep) to the right of the stove and cut it slightly out of square, but refused to do so. Guess I should have knocked down that wall and re-framed it square. I've been in the building trade for nearly 20 years, have carried my builders license for the past 7, and currently own and operate a small custom cabinetry shop... I never seen any counter tops (granite, marble, laminate, ect.) made with out a template, only measurements. All this being said, Sedona's price was significantly cheaper then the other's I had quotes from. Even knowing how everything would turn out I still would NOT have paid the extra money to have it done right. If the gaps where much bigger, or it was a real high end home I may feel different, but you get what you pay for. I do think that they should have a disclaimer or clarify that they don't template their counter tops and pieces are only cut 100% square. Installers where nice and feel they did the best job they could with the pieces they where given. read more

It is NOT worth the money you are going to save by dealing with someone as patronizing and arrogant as the man we were dealing with. I would never move forward with letting his team of people in my home. The only person with an ounce of respect in the whole place was the receptionist who greets you when you walk in the door. Also, if you are worried about COVID-19 don't bother going in. The owner was less than a foot from my face not wearing a mask and neither were any of his staff unless his receptionist was walking you to the outdoor area to look at the slabs. Installation was great, price was great... customer service was not. Owner charges fees not disclosed in contract. After roughly $3,000 worth of countertops were installed owner threatened to rip out all of it over a $50 fee that was not disclosed in contract. When the $50 discrepancy was brought up to the owner he refused to listen or work with us. The gentlemen that installed the countertops could not be nicer, but to be honest the owner, Anthony, is a real pice of work. You could tell the workers deal with this sort of thing quite often. Just like 99% of the other 1 start reviews, the main complaint is the owners involvement and lack of customer service. If you can you afford working with another company I would strongly advise that route. This is coming from an individual that just had some beautiful garnet countertops installed for a great price; yes the customer service is really that bad. Highly disappointing. Last week I was asked to remove my previous review to give them an opportunity to change my experience. Well here I am days later even more unsatisfied so I thought it only right to let others know how they operate. They tried to charge $150 to reschedule my measure first of all. After my poor review they offered to reschedule for today and waive fee. Today they arrived, without a call prior as I was told by the office, my adult daughter was home and willing to let them in, told them her father would be home in 10-15 minutes. They said they have other appointments and cannot wait and proceeded to leave. Long story short the owner calls me to make sure I am not upset (seems pretty obvious) and proclaims my daughter exaggerated and never invited them inside. He then rambled in about how they don't call ahead for fear of getting tickets for driving/calling. Also to my surprise said he did another appointment in my neighborhood after mine and was already back at the office! All of this transpired within 15 minutes, curious why he didn't go to that appointment and then return to mine or how he completed a measure and drive 20 minutes back to the office in 15 minutes?!?! Basically there are some major timeline issues with his story and leads me to him being dishonest. I called AV Design Kitchen & Bath, he came in an hour, completed the measure, has the exact same product, very competitive price and scheduled my install within a week! I recommend anyone that may want a reliable, courteous and professional job done, not go here! They look for every reason to charge you and no customer service what so ever! Update: I appreciate them offering their side of story, however it does not change the facts. In my BLACK AND WHITE contract it states to have someone knowledgeable about the project present for the measure, which I did and they choose to leave, go to and measure in my neighborhood they claim and not come back to mine 15 minutes later. Must not care about getting the business. Unfortunate that it turned out that way but I am happy it lead me to another company that I feel more confident spending my money with! read more

I was not going to get into all the details but since Sedona is accusing me ripping them off by using or asking for a builders discount without being a builder I felt inclined to follow up. The contractor renovating my kitchen is a licensed builder and he sent me to Sedona to shop for granite. I have visited the store 3 times and each time I received, in my opinion, rude customer service. On my first trip and my first time experience buying granite I literally felt as though I was bothering the staff to ask questions. I spent two hours looking at granite and picked out a slab I wanted. I was told by the slabs in that pattern or lot were already tagged or sold to someone else. I understood, no problem, and I was told they would call me and let me know when the next lot came in. They never called. My second trip, after not being called, I was told by the staff the new lot did come in and it was in the back and I could go look for them. I looked for them and couldn't find them. When I went back into the office to tell them I could not find the new slabs the staff responded to me "I don't know what to tell you, they are back there, in the first row of A frames, look again". See, I may have high expectations but at that point I thought they might escort me out to the granite and show me where the slabs were that I was going to spend over $5000 on. Before my last visit, I called Sedona and said "I want to come in and put a deposit down and schedule templating but before I do that could you send my contractor a final price". I wanted my contractor to be looped in so that he knew what I was purchasing and was on board with it. He did not receive any quote from Sedona. He did tell me he spoke with them and I was all set to go in and make my down-payment. My contractor told Sedona that my price was his price and unlike some contractors he does not markup the supplies. I made my final trip to the store. When I asked for a final price, I was first told by the clerk that she could not discuss pricing with me. I definitely where my expression on my sleeve and she knew I was not happy. Then a man came over and verbally attacked me. He told me he had spoken to my builder and they would make this exception but explained why he can't extend a builders discount to everyone that comes through the door. Again, assuming I was trying to rip him off. Seriously, this guy gave me a mouth full. When he was done with me I thought I should just walk out of here and forget this deal. But, I really did like the granite and I had a lot of time invested in it and I needed to get the counters done. When I asked if I could tag the slab I wanted I was explained that the slabs are all from the same lot and mirror images of each other. I knew that because I had heard them tell several other customers this. Then I told the gal there was a difference in the slabs. One had horizontal vein in it and the other one had a vertical vein in it and I suggested that maybe they did come from separate lots. She said no we only have one lot. Then decided to look it up and said "oh we do have two lots". I again, asked for my final price and was given a price that approximately $1000 higher than the original price because of me wanting a backsplash. I would have guessed a backsplash would have already been accounted for. At that point I decided to walk out and think about it. I looked on YELP and noticed many others have had similar experiences. Needless to say, for me, this have not been a pleasant experience. This is the only YELP review I have ever written. I feel strongly that this company needs to work on their customer service skills and I remain thankful that I am not purchasing my kitchen granite from them. read more

Prices are good, but you get what you pay for here. Major negative workmanship issues. Holes drilled wrong in granite. Offset counter. Spacing left between counter and ovens. Sink/granite not sealed correctly. Equally as bad customer service. read more

Too many problems to list, but here's one. The slabs were cut too short and the gap away from the wall is very noticeable. One guy measured, another cut the slab--whose at fault? Anthony and his receptionist would benefit greatly from anger management courses. He certainly does not understand customer service. read more

They wanted the chance to fix the issue. She asked that I take down this review and they would schedule a service visit to correct the issues. She also made sure I knew that had spoken to Tony(fabricator), not Anthony (owner) and apologized for how he made me feel, not for what he said to a customer. I agreed to give them the chance to make it right and they gave me several options for the service date. They had wanted to come over the Holiday weekend, we had plans so that was not an option. The service was scheduled for the following week. I will say that was impressed that they wanted to come so quickly and on the Labor day weekend. I was under the impression that the owner would be coming out. That did not happen. It was a nice man named Gary. Very professional, but he had not be told the entire issue. He centered the sink in the opening, but did not address anything else. They have not contacted me to see if I was satisfied with the outcome and it has been more than a week. It seems that removing a negative review was more important than making sure my concerns were resolved. I'm extremely disappointed. Manager Angie R. He was happy to come out to fix it over the Labor Day weekend, but as you were not available (which is totally fine), we made an appointment for our next available date with one of our install technicians, as the owner was not available that week to come out. Gary, the installer, came out fixed the issue with your sink to your satisfaction and returned to the office and stated this in his paperwork. No other technical issues were brought to his attention by you that needed addressing. As we had already apologized for your interaction with Tony, we did not feel the need to reach out to you again, seeing that the issue had been corrected. We are unsure of what else you felt we could have done to help resolve your concerns. 10/2/2018, 4:21 PM Angie you are right, I did not ask Gary to fix my other issue. That being the sink cut out is about an inch larger than the actual sink. I was expecting that he would know what needed to be done on the service call. Sedona was just awesome. Anthony was fabulous, the stone is gorgeous: on time and on price. I could not recommend them more. They will send you to the warehouse where there are enough choices to drive you crazy. I would give there customer service a ZERO, maybe even a MINUS !!!!!!! I call on Thursday or Friday of before the Holiday week-end, and was told they were open on Saturday (July 2) from 10 to 3. Made plans accordingly. When I went to print directions, I thought I should call to verify, and only a man was there that would not identify himself, stating HE WAS THE ONLY person that answer the phone and would not have told me that, Basically calling be a liar. If this is the ways they act BEFORE you even make it to the store, what will it be like during the buying , installation and service portions???????? Not a good feeling .... Unfortunately we didn't research before. Would probably have paid more at a different place. Their price is very good. And the person that installed was actually nice. And these are the only things they have going in their favor. Throughout the process, we spoke with different people in the store and over the phone. Always rude and seemed like they were doing us a huge favor in answering questions. Not helpful at all. Changed delivery dates while we were waiting for stone to be installed and said they could do change it because it was in the time window specified in the contract. This is not the point. We were counting with it by the first day promised and having it two weeks later brought us some head ache. Once installed, the kitchen countertop and the countertops of two bathrooms actually look very good. However, there are a few problems that we noticed after the installation: 1. The hole for the faucet in the kitchen countertop is too tight to get the three hoses through it. We had to squeeze the pipes through and that makes it difficult to use the pull out faucet. I will have to open it up one of these days. 2. Also in the kitchen, the same (small) hole mentioned above is not centered with the sink, so the faucet is slightly to the left of the double sink. 3. In one of the bathrooms, the holes for the faucet are too close against the backsplash they installed. The pull out lever to close the sink drain shut does not have space to be pulled up. I had to leave it disconnected and we have to push/pull the drain plug itself to use it. Good thing we don't have to do it very often. 4. The side of the backsplash on that same bathroom does not have a very good finishing on the edges. Someone that goes in will not notice it, but as I do know about the cosmetic issues, that is the first thing I look at every time I go in. 5. Finally, the gap between the granite and one of the walls on the other bathroom is too big, forcing us to put a backsplash that was not planned. I get that many of the walls are not square, but that should be the purpose of the template measurements they make. All in all, it is ok for the price we paid. But would not buy from them again and would not recommend it, unless you can afford a few cosmetic things here and there and more importantly don't care about the feeling that they are making you a huge favor to get your money and install the granite at your house. read more
