The carpets were not cleaned properly, and the odor we specifically asked them to address remained, even after they charged us extra for a deodorizer. We contacted them twice afterward to request they come back out, and were told, in essence, that we just needed to deal with it. To make matters worse, we were incorrectly charged twice and had to go through the hassle of addressing the billing error. For the price we paid, we expected professionalism, quality service, and accountability. Instead, we received none of the above. We cannot recommend this company and would strongly suggest others look elsewhere for carpet cleaning services. We will be reporting to the BBB

After sending my initial inquiry by e-mail, I received a phone call back from Mike within the hour. He was friendly and professional, and was able to schedule our inspection for a date that was only 4 days away from the date that I contacted him. Setting up the inspection was incredibly simple, and I really liked that all the pricing was clearly laid out on the website, so there were no surprises when he sent me the invoice. The inspection itself was extremely thorough, and the report was well-organized with all issues categorized by level of severity and accompanied by digital photos that clearly demonstrate exactly what was going on. Despite including an impressive level of detail, Mike had the report in my inbox within hours of leaving the property. To top it all off, 5 days later I checked my mail and was surprised to find a thank you card from Mike, letting me know that he appreciated our business and hoped we were happy with his service. Needless to say, this was an understatement.

Despite the quick turnaround I was asking of them, they were able to squeeze my appointment in and Andy did a wonderfully thorough job. After completing his inspection, Andy walked us around the house and back yard to point out everything he looked at and things he noted in his report. As first time home buyers, it gave us peace of mind to see how thorough Andy was, ask him our questions, and to hear his detailed explanations. The completed report, including a radon test, was emailed to us within 24 hours of the inspection, with captioned photos and descriptive explanations for everything being noted. This made it very easy to discern what we would ask our house sellers to fix before we take possession, and made it clear to the sellers what we were asking for since they didn't get to talk with Andy directly.
