The carpets were not cleaned properly, and the odor we specifically asked them to address remained, even after they charged us extra for a deodorizer. We contacted them twice afterward to request they come back out, and were told, in essence, that we just needed to deal with it. To make matters worse, we were incorrectly charged twice and had to go through the hassle of addressing the billing error. For the price we paid, we expected professionalism, quality service, and accountability. Instead, we received none of the above. We cannot recommend this company and would strongly suggest others look elsewhere for carpet cleaning services. We will be reporting to the BBB

He is extremely knowledgeable and made sure to explain things in easy to understand terminology and caught things during the inspection that we would have never thought to check. When he was done walking through the house with us, he sent us our report that same evening which entailed a 40+ page document detailing everything he found along with clear pictures with arrows and circles pointing to key aspects discussed in the inspection document. I 100% recommend anyone who is buying a house in the Iowa City area to do an inspection with Dennis. You will NOT be disappointed!

He supplied understanding that made me feel confident not only in that the information he was sharing was accurate and credible but backed it up with pictures and first hand descriptions. He didn't talk down to me or rush me along. He was comfortable in talking to me which made me more comfortable talking to him. He appreciated my questions. I felt he delivered an accurate and thorough evaluation by simply telling me the way it was. He also made report materials available to me through email and even followed up by calling me back after giving adequate time to process all the information.

I would not let them in my house. They were doing the inspection for someone purchasing our…read morehouse.It was in December ,cold and I was out of town so we shut the water off. 2 employees come in to do the inspection,they turn on the water 2 hours later they noticed the toilet had popped off a tube in the tank and was running down the back of the toilet.The floor was flooded the basement ceiling had a large water spot.It was a 2 second fix!!!to put the hose back on the tube. Then they put in the report the toilet leaks and pictures of the water and ceiling. I don't understand why they wouldn't have taken a quick walk around the house when the water was turned back on like most people would have done and they did not note in the report it happened when they were there! They made it sound like it was an ongoing problem. They also put in the report the thermostat cover in the garage was broke...they broke it!! Very questionable business
