    Found the Lincoln I wanted online through Carfax.com. Best website ever for finding a car. Had an immediate response from Mr. Enrique Rodriguez. Arranged an appointment to see the car. Greeted by Mr. Rodriguez. Professionally dressed, friendly and knowledgeable. Took a test drive and then began the negotiation for price. Mr. Rodriguez stayed with us literally to the very end of the payment process. Wow! Took delivery the next day and Mr. Rodriguez spent over an hour showing us the features of the car and setting up the Lincoln app on our phones. This gentleman really gives Red Carpet service. In all our years we have never been so impressed with a dealership and a Sales Consultant!!!! Make sure to ask for Enrique if you visit Sedano Lincoln for a car!

    Me and my wife had been looking at cars a couple weeks and ultimately settled on a Lincoln MKC it's a great car and you can get used ones generally cheaper than most comparable automakers but with all the features heated and cooled seats leather everywhere comfortable sound system glass roof. Well we went to couple dealerships prior to Sedano Lincoln but prices at this time (2023) for a car are ridiculous. I saw RAV4s and Hondas used going for $35k with 70k miles and at the end it's still just an everyday Toyota or Honda. Ima ford guy and Lincoln's were on my list. When I saw few online I was drawn to the Lincoln MKC a taller car than a ford fusion which we previously had and we needed something easier for me and my wife to put our 2 year old in. I got in contact with Barry Alves online through the website and then couple of texts and calls later we set up a test drive. Barry is very knowledgeable and had answers for my questions and concerns I had towards purchasing a Lincoln. He helped with EVERYTHING! He helped and got what I wanted for my monthly payments. Most dealerships see a young couple come in and they always want to throw ad ons and fees adding what could potentially be another $8k on top of price. I never felt this with Sedano Lincoln to push that. Id highly recommend people to look more at Lincoln's and I would highly recommend to speak with salesman Barry Alves. Thank you Sedano Lincoln and especially Barry!

Something told me not to take my car here but I bought my car from this location so I thought I could get an accurate diagnosis from them. After 2 days I still hadn't receive any word for them. Any ways after telling me what's wrong with me car, Moise kept insisting his advice was for me to trade it in and sat there trying to scare me. I asked how much it would to be to fix these problems and all he could do is give me a rough estimate off the top of his head. Like you can't go sit down and figure the price out, you just insisting that I trade my car in. No I want to fix my car. Anywho when I dropped my car off they specifically said that if I get any work done the diagnostic price would go towards that. So I'm trying to tell him, I want to work on one of the lessor things that's messed up, he insisted I get the most costly piece fixed and that the diagnostic would only go towards that. How is that? If I'm getting work done on something you found wrong in my diagnostic test, honor your word. It's not like I'm trying to fix something else that wasn't related. Im calling corporate. On top of all this my car is acting worse from when I took it in there and I really think they messed my car up thinking I was going to leave it there and then they could hit me over the head. There was an issue with a less-common extended coverage that didn't go as expected. Jose, my service advisor, did everything he could to get it resolved. When he hit a wall, Laura B. got involved. Laura is what some businesses refer to as "a fixer". She relayed what she was doing and who was involved. The list was not a short one. When things were ironed out, she was able to obtain results that kept the dealership and Toyota in good standing by acting in good faith and resolved the warranted coverage to my satisfaction.     $1,700+ Spent for an Incomplete Repair and a Traumatized Daughter!!…read moreI am writing this with a heavy heart as a father. My daughter, a hard-working student who is already managing significant financial pressure, chose Mossy Honda for service because she trusted the brand to treat her fairly. Instead, this dealership took over $1,700 of our money and returned the car in an incomplete, unsafe state, ending in a hostile confrontation that left my daughter in tears. We paid $1,728.75 for a PCM replacement and programming. Despite this massive bill, the car was returned with a dashboard full of warning lights. When I questioned why the lights weren't cleared, I was told their only job was to make the car "turn on." Furthermore, they initially charged $640 for a "calibration" attempt on a part they later claimed was dead--effectively charging us to program a brick.The situation escalated when we returned to address the AC system--the very thing that caused the PCM failure. Service Advisor Javier Hernandez performed an unauthorized Freon recharge on a system he knew was leaking without calling for approval. When I called to question this unauthorized work, Javier became aggressive, hung up the phone on me, and then turned his anger toward my daughter who was there to pick up the car. He ordered my daughter to leave and told her to "never come back" to the dealership. My daughter was left crying and shaken by how she was treated. As a father, it is gut-wrenching to see your child treated with such disrespect and hostility by a business you just paid nearly $2,000 to.: I have reached out to the Service Manager, Paul Bowen, via email to resolve this professionally. He has completely ignored my messages despite me confirming his email is correct. "Warning to Others:"!!! If you value your money and the safety of your family, stay away from Mossy Honda Lemon Grove. They do not stand behind their work, they perform unauthorized repairs, and they treat students and young women with zero professional decency. We are now forced to involve the Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR) to get justice for the incomplete work and the mistreatment we suffered.
