My review is about the technician who showed up and the experience I had.**** The technician who arrived was wearing a Border Patrol hat, a tactical-style vest, and dressed in tactical-style colors. I asked what his hat said and whether it was Border Patrol. He confirmed that it did say Border Patrol and stated that he is not affiliated with Border Patrol. Dan's appearance and messaging made me uncomfortable in a home service setting. Had I noticed this before the service began, I would have declined the service and requested a different vendor through Fidelity Home Warranty. Homeowners should be able to make informed choices about who enters their home. Afterward, I reviewed the Yelp page and realized the technician was the owner, Dan. I will also be notifying Fidelity Home Warranty so they are aware of the vendors they are sending into customers' homes.
