They do great work and backup their work and follow up on whatever is needed. Our experience with them is very superb and we are so very thrilled and happy alwotb the results. They organized the timing sequence of their workers flausely with TCS Flooring and their work is clean. Here are photos of sequencing of their work from demo to final. Their pricing was better than the 2 day turn around first proposal for acrylic shower (worst option) and my second quote that charged me the same for door design doorless entry. This is for high quality stones and tiles. My kids call it a hotel shower now, lol. These guys said based on this design it will be less work and so cheaper in pricing also. Very honest company and do great work. Thank you so very much!

He quickly replaced a broken T-coupler and rerouted the standing pipe so that it was fixed to the side of the house, eliminating future issues. He also installed a secondary cut-off valve for the main line that is much easier to operate than the one on the street maintained by the water supply company. He also came inside and replaced a malfunctioning toilet float without hesitation. As well, he readily provided his wisdom to answer questions about other water issues. I have zero hesitation in recommending these people.

He came wearing mask and gloves so yay safety! For non business hours the $125 diagnostic fee was reasonable. Business hours price is lower though Easco is available 24/7! Sadly it was a much bigger repair than I anticipated - I'd hoped for capacitor but the compressor had eaten itself. Fortunately because the whole HVAC was replaced in 2016 the part was under warranty. Had to take advantage of their third party financing {thanks Covid 19} which was simple, easy, and has reasonable terms even for less than stellar credit. First tech arrived right on time and started the project while waiting for the second. A third tech arrived who was a trainee and since we homeschool I thought that was fabulous - continuing to make my property an educational center. Work was over and done in about 3.5 hours and HC is blowing super cool once again. Thanks to Melvin, Caleb, and Josh
