They were here for over 3 hours which included the time they left to allegedly get Freon. Nothing was resolved, they then sent an estimate that other companies advised me were unreasonable. Attempts to discuss this estimate have as of now not been fruitful. I called this morning at around 10:30 to try to get some clarification & reached a full voicemail. I guess their satisfaction guarantee is a joke too because the owner is only willing to refund the money they were paid unless this review is taken down. That sounds pretty unprofessional in my opinion.
