I received my receipt and form completed via email 5 days later. I still did not receive my physical forms in the mail, so I called the number provided with the TCN #. I was informed that the background check and fingerprints were mailed to me, BUT THEY SENT IT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. I looked at the forms I filled out and I did put my correct address. This means that they carelessly sent sensitive information to an incorrect address. That is completely reckless and careless behavior as a company that handles sensitive information.

The following morning, Thursday, I got an email from 1st Choice with the TCN number. 3-4 days turnaround time to receive proof of submission of fingerprint card is long. 1st Choice must do better.
