I highly recommend this company. Literally went through 3 horrible companies and crazy antics before finding them. With those 3 other companies they tried to pull a bait and switch. I spoke with the owner John directly on the phone. He came across as a honest hardworking businessman. He quoted me two prices and said he would try to meet me in the middle if the cheaper road didnt work out. He did just that. My locks are strong and secure. They also work better then they ever have. I called them yesterday to do a key for my key and even though he was unable to create key to turn my vehicle on I still give him 5 stars because he tried for 2 hours and created 3 keys to try and unlock it and didn't charge me 1 cents since he couldn't do it. 8pm on a Monday night, I find out I have locked myself out of my house, no garage remote and no keys to the front door, after calling a few places that were NOT available to assist me, Secured Locksmith was my 5th call of the evening. At first I was a bit hesitant to call since they only have one yelp review. John took my call, he was very professional and was able to immediately assist me. True life saver at that time of night. His technician, Eddie, kept me informed of his estimated time of arrival. Eddie showed up approximately within 30 minutes of my initial phone call. He was very professional, polite and honest. I felt comfortable around him. He took a look at the locks on my front door, a deadbolt and a knob with a lock, he advised me that it would be more cost effective if he opened the garage door instead of the front door. Honesty goes a long way, he could've easily just worked on the front door, and I'm sure it would've cost me an arm and a leg. His character says a lot about the company. The price was beyond reasonable for an after hours call. I have worked in the facility maintenance industry and I am fully aware of the cost for an after hours call.
