I needed an update to my additional interest (something numerous other companies and agents have told me should only take a few minutes to change) and it has been OVER A MONTH and still nothing! Any time I try to contact them about it, they tell me it will only take 1-2 more days to finish. I told them I will be fined if I do not provide this new information by the end of the month. It has taken them so long that I am about to be FINED TWICE because of their incompetence. When they finally had it done, they promised it would be sent by Thursday at the latest and I STILL didn't receive it until Friday. AND IT WASN'T EVEN CORRECT! They failed to even change it to the updated address! They only had to make TWO changes and they still couldn't do that! Not once have they apologized for ANY of this.
