She nastily told me to read the signs 3 times. My husband who is never offended by anyone was offended by her demeanor and welcoming. Too bad because I happen to be looking for an advisor and it could have been a happy accident that resulted in a new client. Secretary's are suppose to be welcoming and helpful. Not hateful and rude.

I came from a national bank about half a year ago feeling SUPER jaded and cynical, but SFCB made me…read morea believer in great bank service again, plain and simple. Despite the fact that I usually do something kind of embarrassing when I visit SFCB (once I accidentally flung the drive-through plastic tube out my window... I don't know guys, this is just my life), the attendants are nearly always super sweet and accomodating. When I came here I didn't understand the process of writing a check to withdraw money from my account, and they walked me through that with lots of grace despite the fact that I was like, "HUH?!?!?!?!?" They're great. They also were insanely proactive during the Target data breach debaucle and called me to cancel my card just as a precaution, which I appreciated. Plus, there are no redonkulous "maintenance" fees - no fees at all, actually - and that was a big selling point for me after losing money time and time again to my old bank. I visited today with a list of like, forty items to take care of and my teller was amazingly patient and efficient, so that spurred me to give them a Yelp shout-out in review form. If you're a Springfieldian who's unsatisfied with your bank on any level, make the switch. You will NOT regret it with these guys.

If you want to work with one of the most incompetent group of people on the planet to do your taxes…read morei recommend Wilson and Mees. The first year I had them do my taxes it took them until October to complete the process. The second year they sent out the wrong firms with inaccurate information. They also charge extremely high rates for mediocre service. On a scale of ten I would rate them a one. If you want to work with an organization that will overcharge, take advantage of you, and give you poor service and bad advice you have found the right place!
