It takes weeks at minimum for responses from him, regularly his team has dropped the ball on switching insurances or adding to policies which comes with spiked premiums that should be spread out over the course of a policy, instead you get three month of triple priced insurance due to their failings. Even with all of the recent storms when you expect your insurance team to be prepared, it takes well over a week for a simple phone call. After all of this disorganization, still has the gall to act like I expect too much of an insurance agent. Save yourself time, money, and headache and stay far away from this sketchy brand of insurance agent.
