Everything after that is created for you to give up and never file a claim again, or to not follow through with your current claim. Progressive is a great con artist. Because of "policy" My home has suffered further damage at the hands of a failed "Progressive" system. I pay you Monthly to insure my property in case of damage. I pay my bill every month because if I didnt I would be dropped. But when I need my insure to cover tornado damage within a reasonable time they dont..... I have a contractor ready and able to make the repairs but because of the progressive policy, I am still waiting on the money they owe me! NOW my home has received more damage and all Progressive can say is well that would be my fault if I cant remedy the situation till the money comes. It has been 3 weeks since I filed claim and I still do not have the money progressive insured me for. Not sure what I pay you for but causing me more stress and MESS I will be going back to USAA. I will also never refer any of my clients to progressive. The agents and call center team has ZERO care, just mindless drones wasting your time until you finally just hang up. Shame on you progressive! Praying on those who need help, help they have already paid for in advance!
