I did not like the way they were being communicated to as if I did not already speak to them on the phone directly and asked questions to make it smooth. The gate code changed and I never received notice until it was time to visit. There's no dumpsters available for customers, which is actually stupid. I'm pretty sure ppl have small things like boxes to throw away. If we're going to pay $130 or more for a unit, a trash bin should be available at least.

But they don't refund any of days you leave early. My lease started 1st of month, I called on 15th to see what I had to do terminate, was told I needed to give 30 day notice. So on 15th I gave 30 day notice, and vacated by 15th of next month. But was charged for entire month anyway. Wish they would have told me this, would have just stayed until end of month.

Specifically, I was looking for a storage facility that would accept packages and place them in my unit for me. Disco! (Credit where credit is due: Yelp Intern Chris found this place for us after researching many options.) When we went earlier this week to check it out, Mike, the property manager, could not have been nicer. He mans the front office, lives on the premises and oversees the property at night. The also pay a separate security firm to make nightly patrols of the property. Every morning, they post the security report from the night before on the desk in the office. It's a small but thoughtful touch, especially when you're trying to decide if this is the right place for your things. The front office is spic and span, as are the hallways and units. The hallways and units are cleaned daily, the grounds are maintained weekly, and pests are exterminated monthly. Everything we saw looked perfect, and I felt totally comfortable leaving my things there.

The Manager is very efficient, thorough, personable, and knowledgeable about the services they provide. I have used another storage facility in the immediate area & have had 3 price increases within the same time frame that I have used this facility. As a result I will be moving my personal property from that facility to this one too. Extremely clean, very nice facility, very secure. The climate controlled unit that I have is really nice. I don't have to get out in the elements to get to my unit; and with the temperatures the way they are now in the summer, it's nice to have a unit indoors. All & any issues that I have had, have been taken care of in an extremely expedient manner by the Manager in charge. I would recommend this to anybody looking for this type of facility.
