His signs show, clear as day hours of operation and access gate times 7am-9pm. I arrived at 7am. to store my vehicle. I waited til after 7:10am. to knock on the door. He swarms outside and rudely says to me that he doesn't open up the gate until 9 am. I say that your sign says differently, but he interjects and tells me I just woke up his family and he will not open up and proceeds to slam the door in my face. Please, whomever read this review, DO NOT use his services unless you want to step on dog mess as you get out your car, call, and he never picks up and be rudely talk to.

We have a…read moredaughter at The University of Oklahoma and being out of state, we have depended on Morning Star Storage to hold all of her belongings during the summer months. The facility is secured by a gate and should our daughter ever have to go on her own, we know she will be in a safe environment. In addition, the facility (on 24th ave) is absolutely spotless and the staff is very friendly and accommodating! Steve Shilling, the manager, always goes over and beyond to help us out! But I can't emphasize enough how great the gentleman was at the front counter. He was kind and considerate and gave great service. Really appreciated that.
