Great for the pricing, in the beginning. However this facility continues to up on their prices without notice. I've never received a physical or electronic notice regardless for any of the increases. The customer service experience for myself and relatives who helped me was not up to par. I did not like the way they were being communicated to as if I did not already speak to them on the phone directly and asked questions to make it smooth. The gate code changed and I never received notice until it was time to visit. There's no dumpsters available for customers, which is actually stupid. I'm pretty sure ppl have small things like boxes to throw away. If we're going to pay $130 or more for a unit, a trash bin should be available at least. read more

This storage facility is awesome! From the security & layout to the staff! Stephanie , the property manager is simply great. She made sure I knew everything I needed to know. She goes out of her way to accommodate her customers & make sure they are comfortable. Rodney & Rose are great as well! Highly recommend renting a unit from Simply Storage. The customer service here is hands down the best. They have been so great to do business with. I highly recommend them for any storage needs

Terrible. Over 10 units burglarized in a few weeks and they refused to contact law enforcement or fill out a report. They refused to tell who was internally looking into the camera footage or gate entries or give any info. They want it swept under the rug. Take your business elsewhere. read more

WORST PLACE EVER !!!!!!!. I was told over the phone when I had called to get a storage I was getting 2 months free didn't notice they only gave me one month free so I was unable to pay my storage cuz at was told 78 at first then it was 98 found that out later . a month adds up they wanted 300 for 2 months I lost my storage and ally family's personal belongings including my dads ashes my wifes grandma and mom's stuff that are no longer With us my kids pictures and toys and clothes DONT EVER USE THEM . I would never recommend them read more
