Sometimes you'll get a bite that's mostly squishy fat, and occasionally the smoke flavor can taste a little overpowering, almost like extra smoke flavoring was added. It's not a deal breaker at all because the food is still really good, but if they trimmed the pork a bit more and toned down the smoke flavor slightly, this would easily be a 5-star spot for me.

The bun held up well all the way to the finish. The fries on the side were good, they looked as if they were cut on the premises, somewhat large size but perfectly cooked and not even a bit greasy. There was a tomato in there with good moisture and flavor, it reminded me of an Heirloom, but I'm not able to verify that. Price was reasonable for a burger of this quality. I'll be back!
