It doesn't matter if you get the steps right, it's just important to get some exercise and have fun. In addition to the dancing/cardio, she dedicates a song to arms, a song to legs, and a song for abs in each session. The morning classes are more open 8-10 people, and the night time and Saturday classes are packed. The night classes are fun because it's dark and they have black lights on. It's a fun atmosphere. And I have met a bunch of really nice people here. I'm only on my 5th class out of the 20 I paid for, but I am definitely finding that I'm extremely motivated, and looking forward to class! I plan on continuing after my Groupon runs up!

Personal training is offered here and fitness classes. I think that even though the price of their memberships have doubled, getting a membership here is still a good bargain. Their VIP membership allows access to multiple of their locations, bring a guest everyday for free, unlimited cycle classes + studio, sauna, + more perks... all for $34.99/month.

A physically beautiful place with soulless corrupt people is not a beautiful place anymore. For privacy, I will not mention names or details, just a gist of what happened. However, I raised a concern about one staff member with whom all I did was I set a boundary with. They didn't take their time to listen or investigate, but rather took the laziest cowardly decision and swept it all under the rug. And I was told I cannot participate in that said activity anymore and they let me go. I think letting me go for no valid reason at all, worse my reasons were safety and wanting to communicate boundaries, was extremely unfair. Their reasoning was "to protect you and them". Nope the true reason was an emotionally immature cowardly decision to keep their comfort and avoid anything that would potentially take them to court. Weirdly, I literally was willing to ignore and move on myself and just keep my distance, and I verbally stated that to them. Also, looking up past history on the internet of people that faced allegations at the Weymouth Club, it doesn't surprise me how the management handled things. They took the dirty road at my own expense to keep themselves comfortable and sweep it all under the rug. I want to take legal action against them, but apparently it is legal for private businesses to just kick out people as they please. I will see what I can do and what works. I would like to treat them with what they deserve (the ethical and legal way of course), even if I won't get any money in return. To be honest, I do not know if I would have been treated differently and taken more seriously if I spoke and expressed myself in a more whitewashed manner. Anyways, I don't think I would trust to put my children there (if I had children). There was an iPad/tablet set up by the front desk where I was able to check myself in. I was not sure where the class was located but staff was very helpful and walked me downstairs to the spin class. Their upstairs/main level seemed to be where all the machines are and yoga/pilates classes. The gym was actually a lot bigger than I thought. Downstairs was where spin classes are held and they had a women's locker room down there as well. The locker room was clean, had showers, hairdryers, etc. This was the first spin class I have taken that was not through SoulCycle and the bikes were a little different but similar enough that I was able to figure it out. Overall, not a bad class. I'm used to a bit more choreography on the handle bars but still a nice class! I would totally switch to this gym if only they were open a little later because I do enjoy working out at night sometimes. Parking is a little tricky in this area. If there's not a spot on the main street (Granite), I would check on the side of Bruegger's Bagels or on Adams St.

I cannot recommend this studio enough. The team there is very knowledgeable and super quick to help me with adjustments, etc. to make sure that I can have a workout that is intense, but safe and balanced for me and my body. I'm never afraid to ask for adjustments or corrections on my form because the team here is so kind and encouraging. I want to preface this review by saying that I am still very much a beginner at reformer, and have taken 5 classes at the other C2 studio in Dedham and have always had a positive experience there. Being that I am relatively new, I'm very much happy to get pointers & corrections on my technique. However, my experience with Vania bordered on being singled out and almost embarrassed. When doing leg exercises & correcting me on my form, she made a comment about how my "inner thighs are really weak." Later she corrected me on my tailbone placement & made it known to me that she was using me as a demo because my form was the most incorrect out of everyone else's. Like ok??? I didn't sign up for this to be compared to other people in the class who different levels of experience. Shortly after, she makes a comment to the class saying "some of you have more cushion on your body so it's harder to locate the tailbone." I was shocked. I am a size 6-8, & have a curvier body type. It is NEVER okay in my book to comment on other people's body types, especially in a class like this. She finally stopped when I told her I felt singled out, but the damage was already done. For the rest of the class, she proceeded to make comments about how we "shouldn't feel embarrassed to make mistakes" and how she has "never felt shame" being corrected & was not a natural at Pilates herself. Regardless of her intention, these comments were extremely out of line and went beyond simple constructive corrections. Needless to say, I will not be returning. I have never felt so bad about myself in a fitness studios until now.

I got the new student class pack and was taking classes before I knew it. Classes are great and so wonderful. They are challenging and the instructors motivate and encourage you to do your best and come to class as much as possible. They modify exercises in all classes if you have an injury. My favorite classes so far are Pound, Barre, and SparBarre. Next on my list to try? Pound/Barre combo and Strong by Zumba. I love it here, and truly feel like I belong at this studio. Sounds cheesy, but I do. I love the workouts, the instructors, and best of all, the atmosphere.

My personal favorite are her bootcamps and cardio kick classes. Katie Fitz works you out at bootcamp-it's never a dull moment between her circuits. She is definitely a challenge!
