She made sure my mom was comfortable throughout the entire process and even throughout the service my mom kept raving about how she cannot wait to come back. I didn't have to wait long and, after having witnessed how thorough and careful Ariana is, I completely understand why she may have taken a few minutes extra with the client before me. I appreciate that Ariana takes her time - I've had many brow waxes that were so rushed and impersonal. She genuinely cares about her clients' skin and it shows! I have sensitive skin, so before we even started the wax, Ariana did a test spot on my skin to figure out if the soy based wax would be okay to use - I've never had anyone else do that. She also had me hold a mirror and watch her map out my brow while she explained various things. I had a few questions about getting a Brazilian wax and she made me feel so comfortable while discussing it and gave me some guidance about how to prepare, what to expect, etc. All in all, I highly recommend BMS for all of your waxing needs!
