The waiter said the secret is that it is never frozen, and I can only say that I've never tasted calamari that tender and flavorful, so perhaps he's right. My husband and I ended up stopping here a few times, and we enjoyed it every time. It's a unique cafe because the tables are in amongst the shop merchandise that The Beehive has to offer (but not too close). You can sit outside or inside, and the tables are all by the window so you can enjoy natural light while you dine. It's fun to dine and then browse for unique gifts.
