The staff and manager could not help me while the owner was on vacation and I was informed that the company would contact me after he returned BUT No PHONE CALL NOTHING so disappointing and just bad business. Yes, they are friendly when you purchase and even when you have a problem BUT what is the point when no one seems to understand especially when you are in need of what they promised you would work I have spent 239 plus 25 for transfer of files for one computer and 175 plus 50 for another refurbished computer not to mention the WiFi card that I had to purchase when the computer (when I brought it home and realized there was NO WiFi card in it, that would have been helpful to know) I am sure NOW I will get a call or maybe not because I see that they like the positive reviews that the owner pointed and mentioned repeatedly to me. I would give them a no star rating because they deserve it! AFTER MANY MANY TRIPS TO THE OFFICE IN STANTON I am still a DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER WITH NO SOLUTION.
