Once in communication with their team, I was asked to essentially provide proof that I tried to use the booth, which I did. I gave them date and approximate time I used it and a screenshot of my credit card statement to show the charges went through. They were able to find my photos - which is nice, but I was paying for the printed copies. After multiple attempts to get in touch with a member of their team again to check in on status of refund, they stopped responding and are refusing to grant even a partial refund. Not necessarily about the money - more about them providing a super poor customer experience and refusing to follow up on a very simple inquiry. If I could give 0 stars I would.

From the get-go, Faye was very professional, easy to work with, and communicated very well. She sets up everything herself, including the cameras, her prop table, and the stage in which you stand on for the 360 photo booth. A couple things to think about when you hire Faye and her 360 photo booth... 1) Make sure there's plenty of room for this thing to spin because it's bigger than I thought. 2) Put the photo booth front and center. I automatically thought people would gravitate to the 360 photo booth, so I put it in the corner of the room, wrong! This needs to be the first thing your guest see when they walk in the party. 3) make sure to help Fais out! Like I said, she does the whole set up by her self and by the way, this is her side hustle, so give her a hand! The party I threw was a combination of a Graduation, Birthday, and U.S. Marine send off party for my little brother so I was trying to figure out how to incorporate all 3 but she pretty much did it for me! The Marine send off was the core of the party and she nailed it for the template and background options. And because they use a green digital screen for the background to upload digital options, you get to choose from different ones on-site making it even more fun! She also brought military themed photo props which I didn't ask if she already had or bought just for us, but after meeting her and her husband in person, they are incredibly kind people and I would not be surprised if she did that just to make the experience even better! I also loved that everyone at the party could digitally send their photos to themselves and get copies made on-site to frame and have that memory while my little brother is away. After conducting lengthy research for a photo booth company for my wedding, I finally settled on…read moreSplit Second Photo Booth. I found their business from Thumbtack and the booking process was fast and easy because of how quickly Jacob responded. They have a great selection of beautiful backgrounds and an assortment of props for any event. They even have an indoor or outdoor booth option and the option to add an album for your guests to add their strips to sign as a guest book. We opted for the indoor silver sequin booth with the black album. They also designed the templates for our photo strips, using elements that we requested when we made our reservation online. Their website was also super easy to use to select what we wanted and make our payments (via credit card!). You can also browse their extensive gallery of templates they've made so you can choose what elements you want to incorporate. You can even choose between 3- or 4-pose vertical strips or post cards. The only thing that made me nervous was that our template wasn't drafted until 11 days before our wedding date, but Jacob is very professional and took care of us very well. We didn't like the first design we received, and Jacob made it super easy to request specific edits to make sure we got exactly what we wanted for our special day. He made us a second draft within an hour of sending the first draft and it was drastically better! We were so impressed and after a couple of more rounds of edits, we were very happy with our end result. Luke was our photo booth attendant, and he was great. He was punctual, friendly, and professional. I had absolutely no worries about the photo booth breaking down at all during our reception. We reserved it for 4 hours to start at the beginning of our cocktail hour and it was plenty of time for our 110 guests to take plenty of photos without a huge line and they got to go through it multiple times. If 4 hours hadn't been enough time, it would have been easy to add time at a reasonable rate of $50/30 minutes. The guests LOVED the photo booth, even the props. We got so many compliments on it during the reception and in the weeks following! Not only did the guests get to print two strips each, but they also got high quality digital copies as strips or GIFs. They also delivered high quality digital copies of all of the pictures to us as strips, GIFs and the originals of each pose. Seriously, I can't say enough great things about Split Second Photo Booth. I still can't believe how reasonably priced they are for the quality of service you get! Plus, they were one of the few vendors that did their jobs perfectly on our wedding day and they did not give me any stress at all. The account has now changed handle names and has deleted all references of Split Second Events. I have also called the phone number listed for them all and it says the number has been disconnected. I'm now about five weeks out from my wedding and am having to scramble to find another photo booth vendor.
