Chelsey recommended locations and even brought a pop-up changing tent so that my daughter could have an outfit change during COVID, as the photos were taken outside and public restrooms and restaurants were closed. I recently tried to use a Majestic photo booth twice and the photos never printed. The restaurant I…read morewas at advised me to scan the QR code in the photo booth to request a refund. Once in communication with their team, I was asked to essentially provide proof that I tried to use the booth, which I did. I gave them date and approximate time I used it and a screenshot of my credit card statement to show the charges went through. They were able to find my photos - which is nice, but I was paying for the printed copies. After multiple attempts to get in touch with a member of their team again to check in on status of refund, they stopped responding and are refusing to grant even a partial refund. Not necessarily about the money - more about them providing a super poor customer experience and refusing to follow up on a very simple inquiry. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I lived in a different state so I needed to do all my vendor interviews over the phone, and when I connected with Josh for the interview, we were on the phone for 1.5 hours! I got off the phone and told my fiancé I found the guy and didn't need to look any further. Josh was professional, very responsive, willing to work with my budget and gave suggestions on what could work best for my wedding. I told him one of my wishes for my wedding is that people stayed on the dance floor all night...well I got my wish. My dance floor was packed the entire night, no one wanted to leave it because there were great songs being played one right after the other. I had soooo many compliments on my DJ (Josh) from guests after the wedding! High Tone Entertainment made it so easy for me to make a list of songs I wanted to have played or not played through their portal, it was so helpful! I also was running into an issue with my first dance song being too long, and Josh was kind enough to work his magic and cut a new version for us so our dance wasn't too long, but didn't cut out at a weird point! It was perfect! The photo booth was also a hit! It was so fantastic to have to only deal with 1 company vs 2 in regards to DJ & photo booth. Guests loved it and I was able to get copies of all pictures taken throughout the night. Brendan (the attendant) was also AMAZING! So friendly and patient with guests (especially as the drinks started really flowing as the night went on). Josh (and High Tone) are seriously the best ever and I would very highly recommend them to anyone in need of a DJ! Thank you Josh and High Tone for keeping the energy electric, fun, never ending at my wedding. You truly helped make it the absolute best night!!
