I used Let's Booth It for a company party (Thursday, December 17th, 2015) held at a private residence with about 85 people in attendance. We corresponded over email to set up the service. LBI was quick in their responses and thorough in the information they provided. I worked with their designer to create our custom picture "frames" (ours was bordered with gold xmas ornaments and had our company name and logo with "Happy Holidays 2015" at the bottom of the picture). After filling out our preference sheet about a month in advance, they followed up a couple days before our event to ensure everything was on track. Michael arrived one hour before the event started, set up the booth quickly and even helped move furniture to make the space accessible. I initially was worried the setup would take up too much space, but it is very compact. Michael gave tips and ideas to all the guests as they were taking their photos, which resulted in fantastic pictures! When our timeframe was almost finished, he advertised we had 15, 10, and 5 minutes left so no one felt that they missed their shot for pictures. Since I paid in advance with their online capabilities, there was nothing to settle when they left. The experience was incredibly positive and easy and our guests loved it. I've used Lets Booth It for two different events now. One being my wedding, last October, and the second for a company event, just last week. I couldn't have been more pleased with the service! As a bride and an Event Coordinator it's very important to work with reliable and professional vendors. Lets Booth It was a dream to work with. You give them the details of your event and they take it all from there. Their prices are amazing, they have several upgrades available, they have great relationships with venues in town and their team is very accommodating. I've since recommended them to several other brides and will definitely be using them for future corporate events. It's also important to know that their photo booth is open air style, which I loved because you can fit several people into a photo. Other photo booths are tight and you can squeeze maybe 3-4 people. Lets Booth It also has the ability to print multiple photo strips for your guests. This last event, a group of 12 co-workers jumped in for a photo and within seconds they all had printed copies of their pictures. Everyone has the photos hanging in their office now. It is definitely a crowd pleaser! I would recommend this photo booth company to anyone. You should definitely hire them for your event!!! I've booked Lets Booth It for two events (company Christmas party and non profit event I volunteer for) and I have been extremely happy both times! They were recommended to me by a friend who had them at her wedding. Everyone I've come in contact with at Lets Booth It has been super friendly, flexible, and easy to work with. Setup and tear down doesn't take very long. It only takes one Lets Booth It team member to do it and this person stays during your event, to help your guests work the booth! Both guys who stayed to help were all smiles and very helpful!! The actual photo booth is a big, tall black box and there is a touch screen. I feel like it would work in a lot of different spaces. They usually supply a black background, but were totally fine with me creating my own backdrops for each event. They also come with a wide variety of props! My FAVORITE part was getting to design the printed photo booth strips. They have someone on staff who can help you create the perfect design for your event. By far THE BEST decision made during our wedding planning was choosing Let's Booth It for our photo booth experience. They did and thought of EVERYTHING! And the best part, my husband and I did t have to do anything. They brought the booth to us, set up, helped the guests with pictures (taking and printing), supplied ALL of the props, tore down, and (my favorite part) supplied a scrap book, glue stick and pens for our guests to leave ONE of TWO of the film strips for us to enjoy later. Oh, and they give you your own special design for the film strip print outs! Once our guests started using the booth it quickly became the hit of the party. We hired Brendan and Let's Booth It for my daughter and her friends' high school graduation party on May 23. They showed up 30 minutes early and were all set up by the time the party started. It could not have a been a better experience! From the person who worked the booth, the props they supplied, the photo booth machine itself, to the custom graphic that they worked with me on before to match the invitation--everything was awesome! I was a little concerned that it wasn't actually a "booth" that you get inside, but this was actually better. More people could fit in the photos, but the results still looked like old photo booth pics. This was the hit of the party and all of the kids took home several photo strips to commemorate the event. Our wedding was November 5th and my planner recommended this company for our photo booth on the day of, which was a must for us! We made our own backdrop and they accommodated it wonderfully! The system they use was the best I've ever seen. The screen to see yourself is huge, they can print out more then just two strips when theres more people in the shot-- that was a big plus for me cause every other company we've experienced can only print two so if you have more people in the shot then some don't get on until the online gallery comes available, if they even have that. The man running it was so nice and very patient with the little ones that participated. The props selection was huge!!! There were more options than i expected, and such a variety. We will definitely keep this company in our good list of vendors for future events, and will recommend them to anyone who could use them!! I recently hired this company for an event we were hosting in Nashville. With so many different photobooth companies today, I am glad that I went with this one. Not only did I receive a quick response to my initial inquiry, but also all my questions were answered and I was able to get a breakdown of all the pricing clearly and quickly. The day of the event, they arrived on time and with all of our extras (extra props) they set everything up and the photobooth manager for the evening was great. She was so professional. I like that we were able to custom design our photobooth template to match our the theme/logo of our event. Our guests were able to get prints of their photos and they were able to access the gallery on line for further printing and social media sharing. I worked with Brendon at Let's Booth It for my sons high school graduation. His communication prior to the event was excellent. Responded promptly to my inquiries and the creative department did an wonderful job creating a personalized photo strip. Absolutely loved the finished product. It was a great momento for guests to take home too. The booth was a huge hit at the party with all ages ( little kids, teens and adults). It really put everyone in a happy, fun playful mood. Guests were all asking me where I found this business. The only thing that disappointed me a little, was that Brendon was not the technician that showed up for the party. A new rep came and did a nice job, but he seemed a little nervous and unsure of himself. I am sure I am the only one who noticed that! First and foremost, I was immediately impressed with the booking experience, as it was easy, professional, and they were quick to respond to my emails. The event manager arrived on time, and he was absolutely amazing. Great energy, very enthusiastic, and he made sure we all looked at the camera each time (haha). I loved that each guest involved was able to instantly receive their own copy of the print. Even my custom photo strip design came out perfectly. The booth was a great size, the screen was large, and we had plenty of space to fit 6 or 7 people at a time easily. If I had to give feedback, the only thing I'd say is that the prop selection could have been a bit bigger with more variety. However, in the grand scheme of things, I'm proud to say I had the best photo booth out of all the weddings I've ever been to. I highly recommend it. read more

We travelled from Kingston, Ontario, Canada to the Funeral Directors convention in Nashville last week. We booked Let's Booth It! to be there both Monday and Tuesday. I used Let's Booth It for my graduation party and it was a big hit! Everything from the booking process to designing the photo strip was seamless and easy. Brendon was great at responding promptly to my emails and answering any questions that I had via telephone. Kyle, my photo booth attendant, was on time, set up, and ready to go at the start of the party. We did experience a minor hiccup with the photo machine but Kyle was very professional and promptly solved the problem. A replacement part did have to be delivered but it was done quickly and everything was back up and running without missing a beat! Everyone loved the props and the unlimited photos. Wow!! I used Let's Booth It for an event and Michael was our onsite contact. The props were amazing, he was amazing, funny and made us feel so comfortable. We were able to let loose and take a ton of pics! From the time I reached out for a quote to designing our strip, nothing but professionalism and attentiveness. I can't say enough great things about Lets Booth It and the team members I met this weekend. I'm from Houston and needed a photo booth for a tradeshow in Nashville this past weekend. They were the most responsive out of all the companies from which I requested quotes. The price was completely reasonable and they were super easy to work with from afar. We did everything over email. The custom art they did for the backdrop and the print outs was very professional. We booked our photo booth a few months out. I loved being able to choose between so many different frames and they were even willing for me to do my own. On the day of, they showed up on time, was professional and found my wedding coordinator instead of bothering me (the bride) with any questions. One minute they were just there and ready to go which I thought was so nice. Everything went so smoothly, the guy was helpful, polite and there was not one negative thing anyone had to say. We rented a booth for a corporate event on April 23, 2016. The setting was not ideal for a Photobooth, but I think it went over really well! Being that this was a corporate event for design professionals, this wasn't the likely crowd to jump in line to get their picture taken. Lets Booth It set up where we asked them to, had a lovely representative on hand the entire time. We didn't have to worry about anything but to have fun. Everything was easy and efficient and you walked away with two copies of a fun picture that commemorated the night. I thought it was a fun touch to the evening. We were so excited to hire Let's Booth It for our wedding and we were not disappointed! Our guests had a blast taking photos and loved all the fun props included. We got to work with a designer to create our own personalized photo strip, which was super awesome! The pictures came out wonderfully. Some are pretty hilarious! There is a photo strip on our refrigerator right now! :) I wish I would have gotten our photo attendants name because he did a really great job and made sure everyones photos turned out nicely. I received a very quick response and quote (a very reasonable quote at that), and all the staff were eager and supportive to help make our event exciting and the best it could be. Hired Let's Booth It for a corporate reception to provide a photo booth. After sourcing a number of local party planning companies, Let's Booth It not only had the best pricing, but a great package. They were very easy to work with, and their portal was simple to navigate. I provided them with our event logo, and they created an excellent frame for our photos that was very professionally done. I followed up with them on the morning of the event to make sure they had all of the information they needed, and our attendant Rex was early in setting up and having everything ready to go.
