When I initially contacted the company, Jonathan mentioned that their schedule was tight but I asked if he would try to accommodate me and he said he would check the schedule and call me back. He checked his schedule and got back to me and told me they could get to me, And sent the contract over for review and signature. On moving day, he kept me updated on their arrival time. On arrival, Introduced himself as well as his crew and walked through the rooms so that I could identify the items that he would need to move. Although I was moving is a very short distance/less than a mile away,---they wrapped all of the furniture items and then moved them in a professional manner which precluded any damage to my property. I had a few items that I had not discussed with him on the phone, but they were able to accommodate me and included the items. Very professional from start to finish, and I cannot hesitate to recommend this company to anyone

When I reached out to call the number Mr. Jonathan was very prompt to my call and was able to assist myself and my husband and spoke in detail on what he could do to move our home. He answered all our questions with no problem at all. We moved our 3 bedroom home with no issues or problems and I had no furniture damaged at all including my antique table and chairs. He had materials that was able to protect our items which was impressive. The team was very friendly and showed up on time to our property and offered any other assistance that was needed. Mr. Jonathan also made sure to follow up with us before showing up to our property which was great and also offered to dispose of any items we no longer needed. The prices were great and our furniture was not just thrown in a truck and drove off recklessly. Super happy with our services and would definitely use them in the future for any moves or clutter removal.

He arrived and upped the price by $200, saying pictures don't always show what's there. I told him that was his responsibility; how would I know that (about the angle of the pics). He agreed and said he was a church-going man and he didn't want me to feel he was taking advantage of me (a senior) and he dropped the extra fee to $150. His truck wasn't empty and he couldn't take everything he had quoted me on so he took what he figured equaled his original price and scheduled a 2nd pick up for Sat. afternoon, Feb. 21, to finish the job. I paid the original quote of $300. It rained earlier and he closed shop but didn't tell me. I had to call him when the time passed for him to be here. We rescheduled again for Sat., Feb. 28. I sent him a text on Thursday, Feb. 26 to confirm and, to this day, he has not responded. I hired another company who was prompt and efficient to finish the job Eddie started. Alford Junk Removal/ Eddie was a disappointing experience for me.
