For a while i brought fish here to trade for store credit and would use the credit to get new specimens to freshen the gene pools of my aquariums full of home bred and raised livebearers. Unfortunately, most of the fish i got from here ended up dying within a week or so. I am not sure if it is issues with bad genetics, stress, water chem etc.. All i know is i have established tanks full of a few hundred fish being born, raised and moved on at any time and the only fish i have that die are the ones I get from this store. I do have a healthy Bristlenose Pleco i got from here, and one stunning sailfin molly, so it is not all bad. However, i can say with confidence that 9/10 of the livebearers (swordtail, molly, guppy, platy) i get from here don't make it a month. It is really nice of them to offer credit for stock, (honestly it should be standard but not all stores do it) but unfortunately not only were the fish I was buying back unhealthy, the supplies/food i would buy from there was priced higher than i see elsewhere. Brenden and Cole are 2 really nice and friendly guys who care about the animals and the customers.

What bothered me were the bird conditions, especially the Cockatiels, who were crammed in stacked cages. They were so sweet and needed/need more room and light in my humble bird-LOVING opinion. The bigger birds had better cages and spacing. All looked good and healthy though. Really cool raccoon family animals that I think were for sale. Lots of great and unique products; I saw rabbits too. Based on other reviews, they must offer other small critters too. Prices were standard. We bought our snake in February (from an expo ) We have…read moreonly been getting mice from Wet Pet & Reptile Center Well my snake wouldn't eat last week when we got the mouse (he usually eats a small mouse every Tuesday) so we got a smaller size today. The smaller one fell into the water (thankfully), which separated its fur. Which is when i saw mites or a different type of bug all on it, that mouse has now died i assume from all the bugs feeding off it. I looked at the small mouse we had and it also has bugs. When i contacted them the first time (before the mouse died) they told Me it was a fluke and their mice are healthy. Well i have pictures and videos (i will post below) of the mouse and i sent it to them, i was told to come back and bring the mouse. I said i could come then (yesterday) they said they were about to close so no and i said i live less then 10 minutes away but okay and i went today. Well i was also told i would get my money back and bedding for my snake because it was a hassle having to clean and the entire room and all. Well i got there today, they only gave me money back and when i asked about the bedding they said well the smallest bag of bedding is 3.00 so not sure what your trying to get out of this. Well i took my money and now on my way to another shop for a mouse.. i was told that on Saturday because they are closed they are treating their mouse room for the problem and that "it's shouldn't be harmful" to my snake if it had ate it. Thankfully our animals are safe but if a company can't fix their mistake properly & be open a few more moment to fix the issue, i dont know about everyone else but it's not a place for me to be shopping let alone get food for My babies

I've been to a few pet shops trying to find a consistent shop for my two ball pythons food live…read morerats, this one is the most convenient one I've found and their workers are pretty friendly for the most part. Seems like a family ran business, every body is pretty comfortable there. The animals are in habitats that are not appropriate for their species nor size. They had a huge snake in a tiny enclosure for months on display with a note saying they'd upgrade it but weeks went by and it took for the snake to be severely burned and for me (and probably others) to ask them sternly about it for them to finally change it. The smell is horrible even tho you expect that in a pet store.... But it's horrid. Worst smelling one I've been to. Hoping they receive help with their animals/ give some away for their lack of care.
