With two major moves, I hadn't found a stylist I was willing to trust, but the Yelp reviews made me willing to take a chance. I'm so glad I did! Adrienne was very patient and helpful. I'm pretty low maintenance and don't spend a lot of time styling my hair. She took that into consideration and made sure my cut works well without a dryer and lots of styling. She also helped me plan future styling - and color. I'm looking forward to going back! It can be a little tricky to find. The outside of the building is labeled as Mosaic Salon Group.

So glad I scheduled with her! I like precision cuts with minimal daily styling for my long hair. I suggest some face frame layers starting mid cheek level & Adrienne advised she's be happy to do that but starting higher like what I described would require a bit more work than what I would commit to daily. She suggested starting more jaw level for the layers & I'm so happy we did that The salon is located inside Mosaic & is easy to locate. I appreciate the free 2 hour parking as I hate driving around searching for parking spots in busy downtown Kirkland.

First off, let's start with her incredible salon! Convenient location, walkable and quaint little part of Redmond, easy to find. Lots of parking options! Her salon is impeccably clean, organized and not to mention freaking ADORABLE. Each piece is so well thought out and there is so much to look at but in such a beautiful and tasteful way. Her chairs are so so comfy and gorgeous. She puts her whole heart into the appearance, quality and and ambiance. It is a 2 chair boutique salon but it feel very upscale-not like you are in a small space at all! Her salon offers top notch, high end products and treatments that smell so delicious and do wonders for your hair! She is not pushy about product rather she simple educates you and give awesome tips and tricks to use them most successfully! Each tool and brush is top of the line and so amazing! Her company and conversation is unmatched! I always look forward to catching up and learning about all her happenings. She is so incredibly easy to get along with and is super relatable in so many ways! At this time she has one co stylist Tiffany who is just sweet as pie and specializes in hair cutting and does a freaking awesome job-very talented gal. Michaela specializes in hair color and the two together are such an amazingly positive, helpful team of talent... These two are a force two be reckoned with!!! Now let's talk about her skill, wow... her freaking skill! I'm a hairstylist for many years and I consider myself to be pretty well versed in hair color and blonding, but Michaela... man, does she put me to shame! Her skill and speed is that of someone with 4 hands. She has the incredible ability to translate my poorly given desires and I constantly put her patience and brain to the test by always coming in with a PROJECT-sorry babe! Her tender care to maintain integrity to my very, very fragile (my own doing) is outstanding! I also really appreciate that she is no BS and will kindly offer her professional opinion whether it be "yes, girl... you have to cut it" she really has your hairs best interest at heart. In fact, our first date- my hair was in pretty rough shape and she looked me in the eye and said "What would you tell your client?" Touché. I knew she was the one for me! Michaela is the cream of the crop, probably one of the most talented, passionate and knowledge women I have ever had the pleasure of working with in this industry. Even if you aren't a hairstylist yourself, I promise you that you will be wowed when you step foot in her beautiful space and even more impressed when you see what this woman is capable of! Worth every penny and the 1.5-2 hours of travel I commit on hair day!!! I very much look forward to my time with her! The picture shared is from summer after she did a pretty intense color correction on my hair, I will post an updated photo when I have my face in and better lighting!
