Shantel is down to Earth and takes a unique approach to cutting hair that makes a lot of sense. She also doesn't take an overly long time to style your hair at the end which is something I really appreciate in not wanting to be at a salon for more than an hour's time because I'm a busy mom. She's very reasonably priced too which can be hard to find in the area. I was very happy with my haircut and will definitely go back again.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY WEDDING. Cassandra and her team are the MOST unprofessional…read morepeople I've ever had to deal with. Her stylist was LATE TWICE and rescheduled once due to her lateness. The makeup was horrid. I sent the photos to my family and my bridal party who ALL said it looked NOTHING like me. When I expressed my concerns to the makeup artist and asked for a re-preview, she said I would need to PAY for another preview. I said I didn't feel I should need to pay for something I was unsatisfied with. I then contacted the owner to express my experience with her company, who called me and said things like "you have hardly any eyebrows to begin with, so what she did looked good" "I thought you had great coverage" "the eyelashes look fine" not once ever mentioning what an awful experience I had with the girl and not to mention the fact that she THEN said it was all my fault cause I moved. Oh sorry that it took you over two months to send me a contract from when I paid my deposit for your services, in which time I moved. I paid 200.00 for the worst experience of my life. When I told her I wanted a refund her response was "for services we provided?" I said, the preview is 150, I paid your company 312.00 her response "well 150 for the preview, 50 for the travel and I guess 100 was a deposit" I asked her to send me something in writing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PERSON EVER. After I left this same review on several of her social media posts, she blocked me...only before she responded immaturely and told me I would NOT be receiving a refund. Don't be salty girl. It won't be your last horrible review.

I am EXTREMELY picky when it comes to makeup, so I was really nervous leaving it to someone I had never worked with. Coming from NYC, however, I had to find someone. The makeup artists my wedding planner worked with were already booked, so I went online, read reviews, and thankfully found Cassandra. She was accommodating, extremely professional, and really knows her stuff. She also has a very calm, competent demeanor which I especially appreciated on my wedding day. I can't say enough about Cassandra - I hope you're lucky enough to work with her!

I booked this hair and makeup artist last year for my August 2026 wedding and paid a deposit to secure my date. Everything seemed fine at the time of booking, but when I reached out in January to schedule my trial, I received no response. I followed up multiple times over the course of four months via email, text, and phone calls--ignored every time. My wedding planner also attempted to contact her on my behalf, with no success. At this point, it is clear this is not a case of a missed message or temporary delay--Yessie ghosted me as a client. Because of this, I was forced to find and book a new hair and makeup artist under time pressure, adding unnecessary stress during what is already a busy planning period. To make matters worse, I never received my deposit back. For other future brides out there, please do not let Yessie scam you. Taking a client's deposit and then completely disappearing without any communication or services rendered is unacceptable.
