The female advisor was quite pleasant- It took all day for the mechanic to complete the tune up stating it was hard to get to a Spark plugs- Almost 2 months later, the engine light comes on with a code stating it was a misfire regarding the Spark plugs or wires- I bring it back to the location and advised them of the code during my 7am appointment.
