As it came time to make the closing announcement at 7:45 there was a professional announcement and literally 2 seconds later an announcement from a store employee then another one five minutes later. 3 announcements in 5 minutes seems to be much. It gives a feeling that you are pushing people out. I certainly understand the need for an announcement but not so many in such a short amount of time

We have noticed as well that they also keep a good amount of seasonal items in stock, which is always fun to look through! At the back of the store is a book section full of a wide variety reading material. Pricing is a little higher on most items, but we have found a few good deals here and there! There are many moving parts to this renovation and I have to say from the store staff to the contractors coming to our home to complete the work they were all extremely courteous and eager to please. The demolition team was careful and meticulous and when completed even completely cleaned up after themselves. The Granite installers were also courteous and careful with the work being preformed. The plumbers were timely after installs to reconnect and made sure everything was sealed and no leaks present prior to leaving. Also very courteous. The backsplash install was no different. The teams were always on time and ready to work. The staff at the store was a great help. Always ready to answer questions and address any items as they came up. Alex is a great asset to Florida Decorating and very pleasant to deal with. Having dealt with many contractors I have to say, these folks were definitely a pleasure to have inside our home.
