He even climbed into my unit to shuffle things around so we could make the rug fit! I was very surprised at how hands on they are with helping their customers. The man at the front desk was also very helpful as I had several questions for him. When I didn't know what size unit to lease, he walked me around the facility showing me different sizes so I could know which one I needed. Unfortunately, they showed up with no dolly and no tools, and appeared inexperienced. At one point, one of the loaders was standing around. When I asked what he was waiting on, he openly said, "I'm waiting on the dolly"--which turned out to be my dolly, not one provided by the company. That moment really highlighted the lack of preparation and professionalism. When you confirm expectations in advance, it's reasonable to expect they'll be met. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case here, and it added unnecessary stress to an already demanding moving day. I even called the person dealt with during the booking and asked that someone bring the crew a dolly but that request was not met. I am certainly glad I did not book this company for my entire move as the movers that unloaded my U-Haul (in Dallas) were absolutely superb for same cost.

I paid for security and video surveillance and neither was provided. All I got was "I'm sorry". Pretty worthless when you have a $12k trailer mostly full of stored household goods stolen. Over the next few weeks I spoke to several people who had trailers and boats stolen from this lot. Many of them referred to there being an inside operation. Bessemer police were worthless. After filing the original report I tried three times to contact the officer that took our report and never received a return call. We were specifically told by the officer to call with any further questions or concerns, but no response when we did. My advice...don't rent space here, go to another location.
