I arrived on a weekday, first thing in the morning, and was 2nd in line. I asked how long it would take, they said about 45 minutes, and they were right spot. They did an amazing job! Their business model isn't fancy like your typical car wash places, but they had their own system, and darn it, it was worth it! I will definitely be coming back here again; totally worth my 'once a month' wash. Note: One star (I wish I could deduct only half to give them a 4.5 rating) was deducted because the 'waiting room' was foldout chairs in the sun, but worth the tan.

The quality of work that they perform is like none other I have experienced, they did an absolutely amazing job applying my PPF (can't even tell it's there!) and ceramic coating. They also do an amazing job washing that car, I don't trust anyone else to touch it. They aren't the cheapest shop in the area, but... you get what you pay for. They wrapped my car in Stealth PPF, applied ceramic coat, tinted the windows, changed the air filter, installed radiator grills, swapped out the gold badges and orange side marker lights. During the process they found 9 small dents in the quarter panels that I didn't notice before and Bulletproof brought in the paintless dent repair person to fix them. The whole process from start to finish was amazing - they were super patient with me through all the reschedules as my car got stuck at the port and I kept having to change my appointment. They researched and suggested other modifications and protections for my car, took care of ordering the right parts that would be the perfect fit, and were so responsive and helpful every step of the way. I trusted them wholeheartedly and knew that they cared about my car as much as I did. I was warmly greeted by Tracy and he was super honest and upfront with what I wanted for my car interior detailing. He gave me a fair price and time estimate, I left my keys with him and walked to you the shopping center 3 blocks up for a late lunch before my 3:30pm appointment. I came back 45-50 minutes later and my baby car looked immature. Tracy and his team member completely exceeded my expectations!! The exterior looks amazing and they literally removed 98% of the Golden Retriever hair in my car. This place is s lot closer to my place and Tracy was super loveable.
