Let me tell you instead how I called this guy nearly TWO YEARS AFTER THE INSPECTION in a panic during the last big freeze when an exterior hose bib failed. Why? Because a) the water company had come through and updated the water meter, changing the look of the main shut-off (rendering my limited experience with the valve totally useless), and b) no plumber would come out, since they were responding to 19,383,629 other freeze-related emergencies. I expected NOTHING from this guy at this point: it was the hailiest of Hail Mary's. Instead, I got a quick "I'm on my way" from him. WHAT?!? The report states that the venting above the gas stove was working properly but there is no vent at all there, and that has been an ongoing issue in my house. The report also states that the water dispenser in the fridge was working normally but there is not even a water line connected to the refrigerator.
