With…read moregreater than 99% adherence to the program over 14 weeks my results were well short of expectations that were highly touted by the saleswoman at the beginning. Two weeks before I completed the program an employee congratulated me that I had already qualified for graduation and should feel very happy with my results. With one week left a different employee told me I was not on track to qualify for graduation and was given wrong information the week prior. On the last day the original girl who mislead me downplayed the importance of graduating. Asking me over and over why I "needed" their validation. Without qualifying for graduation I wasn't eligible for the lifetime free maintenance program. Validation had nothing to do with it...value for my time, efforts and money was the motivation. With a general knowledge through basic research one can obtain the same results for a small fraction of the costs while avoiding the memorized counseling script that the employees repeat week after week.

The entire staff is well informed and really want to help you reach your goals! My personal trainer, Sharon, is such a great motivator and I always look forward to our appointments. The additional seminars they offer weekly are a fabulous added bonus. All in all, this program is definitely worth the 45 minute one way trip to get there. My GP was dismissive and just told me that's what happens in midlife. Any treatment would occur only if I was obese. I have a family history of type 2 diabetes, heart disease, and hypertension so I was trying to be proactive, addressing issues before they turn into something serious. Sandra took my concerns seriously. She has a women's health background and with her help I have worked with my OBGYN on getting appropriate HRT on board. I've been able to stop some other medications I was taking, and I've lost 15 pounds. Yes, she is expensive and she requires a time commitment. I think people value what they pay for and if I could just see her instead of my GP I would. I highly recommend her services.

Sandra is (allegedly) a nurse who is now a "weight loss expert" apparently looking to exploit and make $$ off the overweight population while working out of a dirty shared office cubicle off lake city way. She seemingly has zero reputation in the medical community and can only offer anonymous testimonials on her web site. One of those anonymous testimonials is supposedly from - B.E., PhD, Clinical Psychologist - even though MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS ARE PROHIBITED from providing ANONYMOUS endorsements so this is highly questionable. As a nurse, SHE IS ALSO PROHIBITED FROM USING ANONYMOUS ENDORSEMENTS FROM MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS IN PROMOTING HER SERVICES. Given this, and my experience with her, it wouldn't surprise me a bit if her anonymous testimonials are all fake. Interestingly, she has no positive reviews anywhere aside from her own web site! For me, it became clear too late that her ONLY concern is the size of your wallet. She did absolutely nothing for me and made me feel really bad about being duped into wasting so much hard-earned money. She was mean-spirited and the extent of her nastiness and rudeness was actually quite shocking to me and I'm not that easily shocked. I didn't find her to be a nice, or even decent, person and I never heard a kind or encouraging word from her. Beware, Sandra is very bad news.
