This clinic is the worst. They are a total ripoff, and I won't be doing business with them again. I was charged for a service that never occurred and for an integration that was completely a joke since there was no journey. read more

Since I started seeing Dr. Ehrlich in Aug 2021, I've had nothing but positive experiences with NeuroVeda staff, website, patient portal, and physical location. I have an incurable, progressive invisible illness, so the best I can do is play whack-a-mole with my symptoms and co-morbidities to try and keep myself as stable as possible. Although I'm sometimes frustrated by the lack of progress with my health, I've never doubted that Dr. Ehrlich is in my corner, suggesting everything she can from her vast knowledge and resource access to help. Her knowledge, suggestions, and attempted therapies have really helped me understand my disease and made me feel like a partner in the management of it. Front desk staff have been very prompt in communication, personable, and kind. I've never experienced any technical issues (and I use the patient portal at least monthly), including with the telehealth interface. Plus, their podcasts are fascinating and informative! I am deeply grateful for Dr. Gillian Ehrlich and the team at Neuroveda Health. They are compassionate, kind and skilled practitioners. Dr. Gillian's collaborative and holistic approach has been instrumental in my recovery from complex, chronic illnesses. In 2022 I was struggling with gastrointestinal issues and frustrated that I was unable to get a diagnosis via the large hospital network I was working with. I found Neuroveda online and I knew during my first appointment that this was a special place. Dr. Gillian did a thorough, 90-minute intake - I felt seen and heard in a way I never have before by a doctor. She ordered tests I had repeatedly and unsuccessfully tried to get with Swedish immediately, made a quick diagnosis with those test results and prescribed medication and supplements in response. These symptoms are immensely better to date thanks to her care. In 2023 I continued my care at Neuroveda for long COVID symptoms. Dr. Gillian's up-to-date understanding of a relatively new and unknown disease was both impressive and relieving. I've seen benefit from the many "interventions" she's prescribed, including supplements and medications, nutritional IVs in the IV Therapy Lounge and One Day Mini Panchakarma with Jennifer LeValley. While I am not yet fully recovered, I remain optimistic I'm on the right path thanks to the health care I continue to receive at Neuroveda. I highly recommend Dr. Gillian Ehrlich and her colleagues at NeuroVeda Health for the treatment and management of complex health problems. Over the past four years under Dr. Gillian's care, the symptoms of my autoimmune dysautonomia have improved significantly. Her healing approach is based on cooperation with the patient, she is open to trying different approaches, listens and responds to my experiences, continues to expand her knowledge, and is happy to cooperate with other providers. Dr. Ehrlich is not your normal 'holistic' practitioner. So many holistic doctors JUST throw supplements and good vibes at their patients, and don't have other options when they fail - she knows that exercise and good nutrition do not fix all problems. Dr. Ehrlich is also not a normal medical doctor. MANY medical doctors prescribe standard medicines, which are often harsh and ineffective for sensitive and reactive bodies. When bad reactions happen, or their prescribed medicine doesn't fix the problem, they don't have other options to offer. Dr. Ehrlich understands the trauma and hopelessness that comes from having only these two types of doctors (holistic doctors who don't do enough to heal disease, and medical doctors who use strong medicines indiscriminately) to turn to. She understands that healing is all too often unattainable in such a system. Dr. Ehrlich is someone who understands some people's bodies need something and someone to work with them, not against them. These people also need something and someone powerful enough to move them from chronic illness to a place of healing. Threading that needle is her specialty. She is looking for what can uniquely move each body from pain and illness to healing WITHOUT causing flares/pain/awful side effects. She has a very large knowledge base (toolbox) and is willing to use any and all of it to heal her patients. She knows: symptoms that don't show up on blood work still exist; reactions your body has, need to be heeded, understood, and listened to; and that pushing through is not always the answer. She gets it! Because of her experience working with a complex patient population, she knows what they have been through and how to move forward even when so MANY treatments and doctors have failed in the past. My daughter was a very complex patient and has had symptoms all of her life. She has seen over 40 doctors, many widely recognized as experts. This spring, Dr Ehrlich was able to look at my daughters' whole picture and figure out the root cause of her remaining symptoms. She then solved this puzzle in a creative and dynamic way, moving my daughter from the sidelines, unable to take college classes because her symptoms were so bad (disabled), to a college summer program and the center court of life (abled ). Even though I am trying to articulate who Dr. Ehrlich is, and what she does, there are no words that truly capture her; the depth of her caring, the breadth of her knowledge, and the tenacity with which she will fight for her patient's health and vitality. Dr. Gillian Ehrlich is truly amazing. She transformed my health, and helped me recover fully from Long Covid. I came to Dr Ehrlich in 2021 with horrible symptoms of neuropathy, joint pain, cognitive issues, autoimmune disease, blood pressure/POTs, hypermobility and more. She worked with me holistically to address the root of my health issues, providing medical treatment, but also psychological treatment to fully address my needs. She is responsive, caring, and a true healer. Honestly, I credit her with saving my life and getting me to the place I am now, where I am able to manage my health with minimal intervention. Overall, my experience at NeuroVeda Health was fantastic. I did 7 days of treatments. The clinic & IV Lounge were clean & comfortable. The staff was friendly, hospitable, and knowledgeable. I did Ayurvedic Counseling & 7 massages (Abhyanga, Shirodhara, Basti & Garshana). Jen was terrific. Very knowledgeable & her massages were fantastic. I did 7 IV's with Melissa in the IV Lounge. Melissa was so friendly & gentle. The IV Lounge was welcoming, the views of Lake Union delightful, and the chairs super cozy. I did 3 Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy sessions with Dr. Gillian. She was patient, gentle, knowledgeable, and thorough during the preparation, during the journey, and after during the integration. I had a lot of fear & anxiety as it was new to me. My fear & anxiety quickly disappeared as my journey started and I found all 3 experiences delightful. On the tail end, and after my integration with Dr. Gillian, I am finding there is a lot to unpack and I am continuing to learn more about myself. read more

I went here to get my first ayurvedic massage.  I'd heard it was a bit different from the Swedish style and was excited to give it a try. Jen was my ayurvedic practitioner for the massage.  She described it as more subtle and more focused on the lymphatic system.  As I said, I'm usually into deeper muscular massages so I wasn't sure how much I would connect with it.   This style focuses a lot more on oils, with scents and heat combined with warm-to-hot towels.  This, combined with longer lighter movements and was an incredible experience.  About fifteen minutes in I reached that meditative massage state where I don't think I could have formed a word if asked and just felt like I was floating.  I really enjoyed myself, slept well, and felt great the next day.  It was a good reminder for me at least that a massage doesn't have to beat you up to be effective.  They also have an IV bar, while I didn't try it, I saw that it's got an incredible view of Lake Union.  10/10 recommend. read more
