Terrible. Placed an order for ONE chair on August 7, 2014 and still have not received it. Pretty much two months later, it is "estimated" to ship today, yet I still have not received confirmation. I never received notification that the chair was back ordered until I called customer service about a month later. They said "oh yes, this is a great chair that's why it is back ordered". Pretty sure with this terrible service, you don't have enough customers to be back ordered. Also there is no notification before you place your order that the chair isn't in stock. read more

I made a mistake doing business with this company. I ordered several chairs for the office at the end of August because they had the best price. They told me we would receive them within 14 business days. It is October and still no chairs. They never initiated communication with me about my order. I always had to call to get info, which turned out to be lies like "It's shipping out tomorrow." In the end, they told me the chairs will be out of stock till December. They will not give me a refund, so I have to rely on my credit card company to dispute the charges. I will be using a trusted website next time since I still have no chairs. Lesson learned - If the price is too good to be true, it probably isn't. read more

If I could give a NO STAR rating I would. Ordered chair in September. After weeks of back and forth on when delivery would occur, received an eMail indicating delivery would happen at end of Nov. Now website offline, eMails returned as undeliverable, and no one answers 800 number. I SO WISH I HAD READ THE YELP REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING. Guess will be submitting dispute to credit card co to get my $ back. read more

This place sucks! We placed an order for a Christmas present for our Boss over 2 months ago, excuses came 4 weeks later that said order was backed up from overseas. Rechecked and said order was delivered but no confirmation of where or to who. Finally said order was going to be here in a week which now gets pushed back another week. Prices are good but you may just be donating your money. Beware of crappy customer service and unreliable time frames. read more

I was unsure as to what chair to purchase. I called on the phone and spoke with a customer service rep. They took their time and discussed the pros and cons of several chairs. I ordered at that time and received the chair in a few days. Excellent service and value!!!! read more

Completely incompetent, will never use again. I needed a new chair for a second workstation. SeatingZone offered one that I knew was a good fit for a reasonable price, so we ordered from there. The web page states 'normally ships in 1-3 days'. Two weeks later, when there had been no status update and I still had not received the chair, I called them. They were having supply issues, it would be another couple of days, they would call me when they knew more. 3 days later, no call, I called back. It would now be another 2 weeks - and they even updated the online status accordingly with a shipping date. I asked whether they could suggest an alternative in a similar size - but they could not. Apparently, they don't have any particular knowledge about the stuff they are selling - can't call it their stock or inventory, because they don't actually stock this stuff, they just resell it. Rearranging the PO to go elsewhere would take nearly 2 weeks anyway, so I waited. The new shipping date came and went, no status update, no email, no call. So I called again. Another 2-3 days. And on it goes. Several cycles on - always with me calling in to get an update - the shipment finally 'arrived' in the country. It still took nearly 3 weeks to get it shipped, with constant promises of 1-2 days. And they couldn't even get the tracking number correct, leaving me wondering why it had gone to the wrong state. Now I know that there are supply problems, but this place has 3 major flaws: 1. They do not keep their customers updated on delayed orders 2. They do not know enough about what they are selling to be able to suggest comparables. 3. During the entire 2+ months of waiting, they never updated their webpage. The 'normally ships in 1-3 days' lie was fed to potential customers even when they knew that there was a supply issue. There is no way of knowing for how many months this was backordered, or how much of their 'inventory' has similar problems, but I won't be taking that chance with this place again. read more
