Jonathan and his team started out great. We paid him a huge amount of money to completely redo all of our landscaping. It went from everything being dead to everything being alive, which was amazing. We were so happy and then as time went on, things were dying, things were in the wrong areas, and we weren't happy. We also paid him to completely redo a pond for us. We were able to enjoy it for a couple of weeks and then he just closed it. We were surprised he closed so early, but just assumed that was normal. We had never had a pond before. Then when they re-opened it in the spring, it leaked. We text, email and called him. He was too busy, he said. Finally they came to look at it and said it was fixed. Well, it never stopped leaking. We continued to tell him. However he sent us a massive bill and said to pay that and then he would look at it again. No thank you. We brought somebody else out to look at it who said it was done terribly. It was completely shoddy work. So now we have no pond, and if we want the pond that we paid him a large amount of money to fix, we will have to pay someone else to completely redo it again. Jonathan and his team don't know how to design landscape, what plants are good or bad for deer, what plants should be in sun or shade, and many other issues. We went for being so happy to absolutely miserable. He has been horrible to deal with. He's a terrible communicator and very indecent when things don't go his way. Basically we spent a ton of money with him, but next spring, we will have to find somebody else and start over with everything. read more

I went with H&T because I liked the idea that they are a veteran owned business. But they are slow to respond to any requests, full of excuses and not action, and frankly ripped me off. Beyond all the bad customer service, they sold me a $1400 service to clean out the spaces between my patio bricks and fill it with polymeric sand. They promised me it would prevent weeds and grass growing in the gaps. And maybe it would have, if they'd actually filled it with polymeric sand and not regular sand! I have the same grass and weeds growing in my patio gaps as every year. They are rooted straight down into the gaps, the gaps that are supposed to be filled with polymeric sand. When I pull these weeds and grasses, the roots pull up the sand. So my patio still looks terrible, I still have to pull all the weeds, and they won't refund my $1400. read more

We paid a lot of money to have a flagstone walkway installed. The workers were friendly and we were initially happy with the job. Unfortunately within a few months the polymer began crumbling and washing away. H&T came out to replace the polymer with an even worse product. Within DAYS the polymer started falling apart abs coming up in sheets. H&T's response? They told me I should remove the polymer and replace it with gravel. I had gravel between the stones before I hired them to put polymer in! Unbelievable. Horrible company! read more

Our condo association initially began working with this company in 2021. At first they were responsive really easy to work with a good value. But that changed along the way. At this point it's like pulling teeth to get them to return our calls . There was some work that had not been completed to our satisfaction although we had paid for it. They have argued with us and come out twice to look at it never letting us know they were coming or that they had even been there. Apparently the work has been into their satisfaction but not to the customer's satisfaction. So at this point we cannot say positive things about them unfortunately and will be seeking a different a landscaper for our condominium complex. read more

They're terrible. Very unreliable to the point where you need to contact them repeatedly asking for them to come out and do the services you hired them to do. Even then they won't come out much of the time. Supposed to get weekly mows but more often our lawn looks like a jungle. On top of that they are rude and argumentative. Look elsewhere. read more

Zach and Patrick went ABOVE and BEYOND to resolve our irritation issue. They were attentive, professional and timely. I highly recommend Seasons Best!!! read more

Seasons's Best Landscaping completed a large hardscaping installation for us in 2020. In 2021 they also took over our lawn maintenance. We have a difficult, sloped property. We are impressed by their dedication to customer service and satisfaction in all areas. read more
