A few feet of pole was buried in cement next to our driveway. He arrived on time and worked tirelessly (in the rain!) for an hour and a half! He dug around the cement, then used a jack hammer to break it up and release the pole. After it was out, he filled the hole with the dirt and rocks from the broken cement and hauled some of the larger rocks to our back yard. Because the pole was longer and heavier than we expected, we paid him extra to take it to the dump. He cleaned up all of the mess and was super polite. Get a voicemail from their technition Chad saying they would be out Thursday I called his number had to leave a message saying service is supposed to be on Wednesday. They didn't show up Thursday so I get another voicemail saying they would be out the next week on Friday since I'm home all day on Friday's I asked that they text or call when they are on the way so I can lock the doggie door. I get a message saying they can't give me an exact time but between 8:30 and 9, not even what I asked. I've tried calling their office and no one answers the phone. I'm about to cancel their service and go with someone else if I can get some one to answer the phone. I need to edit my review just the the message said they were starting at 8 or 9 and would probably be here between 11 and 12 since the were working half days
