It looks like the anchoring stores have closed down. Hope they get some new tenants soon. After entry, I was greeted with a big welcome by two ladies. One of them happened to be the new owner. I asked her about their drink offerings. She was very nice and enthusiastic to share the information. Thank you Miss! They offer protein smoothies in 24g ($12) or 36g ($14), energy teas ($9), bowls ($13.50), protein ice coffees ($8.50), and more. She recommended the salted caremel pretzel protein smoothie. That's what I got in the 24g size. It was huge and had plenty of goodness. I can taste all 3 ingredients. They were blended nicely together. Well done! This shop has good comfortable space. Very limited seating though. There was only a small couch. Maybe they'll get more seating later. If you want to fuel your body with some delicious protein smoothies and energy drinks, Fuel Good Nutrition is the right spot for you!

I ordered from their special menu the Peach mango lemonade. It was so good it went down like water. My daughter had a Berry bowl and I tried it and it was really good too. She did add more granola at home. This place is definitely inviting and the staff is nice and attentive. There's plenty of parking up front. Best of all this shopping center isn't too busy. Their hours are not posted correctly, but they are open from 8am to 3pm.

It is the kind of spot that makes you want to come back not just for the food, but for the overall experience. I have had the chance to try a few different things on the menu so far, including their bagels (jalapeño cheese, my fav) and juices, and everything has been consistently fresh and delicious. You can tell they put a lot of care into the quality of their ingredients, and it really shows in every bite and sip. Most recently, I tried their turkey albondigas soup, and I was honestly blown away. The broth was rich and full of flavor, perfectly seasoned without being overpowering. What really surprised me was the albondigas themselves. I could not believe they were made with turkey. They were so tender, juicy, and packed with flavor that I would have guessed a different meat entirely. It is not easy to make turkey taste that good, but they absolutely nailed it. Overall, this place has quickly become one of my favorites. Great food, amazing service, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. It is everything you could ask for. I highly recommend giving them a try if you have not already.

On June 9, 2026, my wife, kids, and I walked into this place and unfortunately weren't greeted by…read morethe staff. They weren't rude when we interacted with them, but they also weren't particularly friendly or welcoming. We ordered two sandwiches, a grilled cheese, and a salad. It took over 30 minutes to receive our food, which felt excessive for what we ordered. All the sandwiches and the grilled cheese came on sourdough bread, but the bread tasted stale. On the positive side, the ingredients themselves seemed fresh, which I do appreciate. I ordered the Pollo Asado Southwestern Chicken Sandwich, which sounded great on the menu, but it ended up being disappointing--the chicken was dry and lacked flavor. My wife ordered the chicken salad, and the portion of chicken was surprisingly small. It was served on the side in what looked like a small salsa container, and the dressing itself was also very bland. Overall, the food just lacked seasoning. I don't mind lighter seasoning or lower sodium, but everything tasted almost flavorless. My daughters ordered slushies, and those were also underwhelming--more like lightly flavored water than what you'd expect from a slush. The one thing that stood out in a positive way was that the place was clean, and again, most of the ingredients seemed fresh. However, between the long wait time, lack of flavor, and portion issues, it wasn't the experience we were hoping for.

Should I start with the terrible business practices? Or the mediocre food?…read more We'll start with the business practices. Communication is terrible. I made about 4-5 different trips to the pick up location and left with nothing. The delivery is ridiculous. The communication is ridiculous. I had contacted VMP after my payment had been processed and they took a full two business days to respond. This time it was a webmaster issue. The issue the week prior was that their van overheated. It's now two weeks since I should've received my order and I haven't received food, haven't received a refund, and haven't heard a peep from VMP. Even after I escalated the issue via PayPal. This is $171 dollars we're talking about (which after ordering from prepLIFE I find to be ridiculously over priced for the amount of food you get and the quality). The meals are OKAY. The turkey chili is dry, the steak "upgrade" is chewy. Not quality meat. The chicken adobo and Caribbean jerk chicken taste the same except the Adobo has more cilantro. Also, be prepared to have mashed sweet potato with EVERYTHING. VMP's saving grace is their blackened fish which was pretty good. Except it wasn't blackened as opposed to smothered in spices. Still waiting on a response. And still waiting for my refund.

I will give a quick break down of everything for people who are contemplating this company for your meal prep service. For this meal prep service I get meals for myself and my husband and both of us hands down believe that the quality, quantity, price and most importantly flavor of these meals are amazing ! I have ordered a few times now and tried a combination of everything on the menu. You cannot go wrong with anything you order here. The quality of the proteins used is great, knock on wood, never eaten a nerve or anything funky in the protein. The amount of food in each container is perfect to satisfy hunger and make you full til your next meal. I know some meal prep companies over fill the containers with carbs or veggies and you're hungry within an hour, but the portions are relatively consistent just enough protein veggies and carbs and you stay feeling energized and ready to tackle your day. We love it! The pricing is extremely reasonable and dealing with Justin is absolutely a pleasure. He is very attentive and always makes sure to keep in communication to let you know when your meals are ready. He is very good at getting back to you in a timely manner as well and answers all questions ( if you even have any) as he is very descriptive in everything he says so he leaves you without questions. NOW! Speaking flavor here, every single item you order is flavored just perfectly. I have yet to try something that does not taste good. Everything on this menu is mix and match and pairs well with everything. You never get bored of the options. I would 100% recommend this service for anyone looking to get into a meal prep service.

I've had a few fresh juices and ginger shots in my life. But I promise you that I'm not…read moreexaggerating when I say that cracking any bottle from MostXcellent is a life-changing experience. Let me explain. First off, Rich is one hell of a guy to talk to. You can tell he is passionate about his craft as he explains what goes into each bottle. The hand picking for the freshest organic ingredients, the hand cleaning of each ingredient, and then the actual pressing. This is where it gets crazy. The actual taste of each juice. I need to preface that I'm not a foodie, nor do I have the taste receptors to finely distinguish undertones and whatnot. I'm just a regular guy, ok? Every juice is an explosive experience of the freshest ingredients I've ever had the pleasure of consuming. Unlike other juices where everything melds together into a uniform taste, these are different. Not only can I clearly distinguish the apple, the kale, etc. but I can taste the unapologetic freshness of each ingredient. I swear I've never had a physical apple taste better than the apple that's just a component in the Circle K I drank. The ginger shot. Oh my goodness. I've had ginger shots that were double the size and half the intensity as these ones. Not only do they provide a satisfying burn, but once again the sheer freshness takes center stage in the experience. My girlfriend and I are not sure if it's a placebo, but the ginger shot made our bodies feel a bit more peppy within minutes of consumption. Rich told me that people who sit at a corporate desk would buy a dozen juices at a time to help offset the sedentary nature of their occupation. I get it now. I can also appreciate that MostXcellent uses glass bottles to package their juices. That's an expense that a lot of owners would avoid, but that dedication to avoiding plastic waste and altering taste is commendable. And yes, the bottles can be returned so they can be reused for someone else. MostXcellent is a must-try. But be warned that you may end up being hooked on their supply!
