Lately I've been making reservations for weekly trips to Boston and they've come through each and every time. Pick me up at 5am for a trip to Jamaica Plain? It's zero dark thirty when the driver arrives, we never see the sun before arriving, in spite of the fact that neither one of us knows exactly how to get where we're going! No problem, that's what a GPS is for! Pick me up at 7am for a trip to Mission Hill? Sure, they're already waiting on me when I walk outside to wait for them! Pick me up for a return to the South Shore AND deal with expressway traffic? I'm the only one complaining about everybody else on the road, the TT driver is just driving to get us where we're going! Ricky has picked me up for travel to and from the Black Falcon Cruise Terminal more times than I can remember. He always gets me there with time to spare and he always finds the exact best spot to drop me off or pick me up, even the day when they unexpectedly changed the pick-up rules out of the blue and a very stern Boston cop disagreed with my previously agreed-upon waiting spot. I got kicked out of my wait place but Ricky drove around and found me. Even a quick trip around town comes with a friendly face and no complaints about a small fare- you have to tip for that alone! Make a reservation ahead of time if you need them for some ungodly hour, as I do, and they'll be there.

I should have know, there would be an issue because when I called the day before to confirm pickup I was told "if she wasn't there by 4.05 to call the office - I did just that at 4.05 and the office doesn't open until 5am, unlike what website states 24 hours - so that was pointless! Paid with CC - Just got my monthly statement - it was 3 weeks after my trip before the charge was processed. I am not pleased that they had my card # floating around, i don't know on a scrap piece of paper ?!?!?! Card should have been run immediatly !!! The return trip, however , was AMAZING!!!! Driver picked us up with in 2 minutes of getting outside - very accommodating, personable man, unfortunately i can not remember his name, or i would specifically give him recongintion. Would I use the service again - -based on the return trip, probally but would request pick up half hour earlier than needed and may even request not to have the driver that apparently shows up late for pickups consistantly (hense the "warning " I got the day before).

We've ridden half a dozen times with both Jun and Rick between the airport…read more(Boston Logan) and West Roxbury - they always arrive early, they're friendly but not too chatty (which is really nice when you're tired after a long flight), they're extremely professional, and probably most importantly they're good drivers who know the city - they avoid traffic and drive safely (unlike a lot of Boston cabs!). They stay in contact (texts/etc) to make sure you know when they've arrived and that they know when your flight has been delayed, etc. So basically, for about the same price as a cab you get stellar reliable service, a quick and safe ride, and can actually get to know and trust your driver.
